LET US TRY AGAIN GUYS -------

A Plea for Peace and Harmony -------

If we act in a kind and gentle manner,
if we are kind to all who come,
if we do not antagonise,
if we answer nasty with nice,

if we let them all know that we do not want to fight,
that we want only to be friends,

if we do not bash anyone,
if we do not bash any other product,
maybe,
maybe
we can convince all out there that we do want to live in peace,
and be friends with all
with the common goal of enjoying our PV's whichever ones we choose,

and with a little luck,
and God Willing,
this stuff will end, and we can all live in peace,
and can all be friends again,
I know a lot of us were friends a while back,

to all of the people out there who are -- and have been members
of ECF and VF ---

I make this plea to all of us -------

please let us put all of this behind us, and come back together as friends again, ------ please ------------

Hey at least it's a job....gotta take props for that, especially the way the economy is in this day and age :)

Lu

Your absolutley right Lu!
Sad thing is, is that I left my manufacturing job after a few years to go to school for microsoft certifications, but its just not working out, I always had a problem with a higher superiority, and I think iI have a learning Add problem, can never follow verbal instructions, my mind always tends to go blank.

When my oldest son was looking for a second job, he started delivering pizzas. I was a bit shocked at first because I just never pictured him as interested in doing anything like that. He said he loved it! He said unlike his day job, he could just chill out...pick up a pizza....go drop it off. No desk, no paperwork, no boss looking over your shoulder. Said it was the best 2nd job he could have picked. Go figure! So I guess it could be worse! :D

Lu

Spikey you know you will not be banned here for that.

Then why don't you warn the original poster to never again make a post suggesting peace?

Christ.

It looks to me like I'm being put through the wringer because I dared to suggest that Lu might not have handled the situation as well as she might have, and **gasp** maybe an apology would help. Is that what this is all about? I even said a couple of times I'm not trying to put all of the blame on her. I know it's not all her fault.

Should I just go ahead and ban myself before one of you do it? Is this treatment why so many people left this board or got banned?

I'm really at a loss here.

For Christ's sake.. please leave before they ban you. Somehow that would be my fault.

If we really all just want peace here... can someone please help me change the date in my signature to "August 21st" instead of July? It will not let me change it (maybe someone was afraid I woudl say something mean in it or advertise our forum.. but I have an agreement with SJ that I will NOt post the other forum link in my sig here as it would be in poor taste).

Please.. no comments about my taste.

I sent an email to SJ na few weeks ago and got an auto response saying on vacation or something.

Oh at first I loved it too! It is very nice if your in a good area hehe.
I can tell you the number one reason in one word why he loved it so much,
FREEDOM. Money's not all cracked up to be depending on the day but just being outdoors, listening to good music, and seeing smiles in some places really lights up the day and it just makes it fun!

I delivered pizza for 2 summers. I did quite well until my car died and I couldn't afford another.. then I had to stop. I was too slow on a bicycle lol :)

Lol Aww that had to suck! Isn't riding a bike a bit more easier in NY though? God car sacrifices are one of the MAJOR downers of the job, that and the chances of getting robbed! I literally beat off 2 guys 2 weeks ago, man I love those solid pizza bags!
Oh Oh and the 2 liter bottle i was carrying!

It was not in the city... but in the suburbs so it was not as bad in a car. Is real hard for me to ride a bike without messing up the pizza tho. I never got robbed... but some guy tried to steal the pizza once and run with it... he dropped it and then tripped over the box... it was really funny actually!

... over tiit, over a pizza box -- ha ha ha -- just tooo funny -----

PT and VP, not asking for you guys to shake hands or kiss and make up, can we just bite the bullet and forget about it please.

Its apparent we're fighting for the exact same cause, as Spikey said.
We're here to better ourselves, and have fun while we do it. So c'mon guys

Seriously here guys... we are telling funny stories and talking about jobs and pizza and stupid people falling on their butts here... this is WAY more fun than trying to achieve peace and attain the right to vape!

So unless you ever worked in a job and have a funny story to tell about it... go away... bye bye now.

Ok I got one, its kinda bad though.
I once went to the door carrying a pizza and a small box of breadsticks on top, The lady poled her head out the door with a nasty face, I slipped her the recepit to sign along with a pen throught the crack of the caged door. She took it and closed shut the screen door. I made some kind of movment with my feet, looking down at the floor of this NASTY porch and the breadsick box sliiped off hit the floor, the little cardboard latch popped open,, the breadsticks in its naked wet entirety (heh) made the glorious flip right out of the box and landed right on the porch (flop) I was like ooh sh.t, I bent dpwn and picked it up by the sides and looked at it, "ew" she was opening the screen door at that moment in time, I quickly tossed em back in shut the box layed it on the pizza box and acted like i just got done tying my shoe. Unnoticed...:D
