I need advice from experts... unfortuantely I don;t know anyone who smoke ecigarette... so what website would u recommend ?? I found this and seems like this is what I need E-cigarette, Electronic Cigarette PR110

but someone told me who knows someone who smoke ecigarette (thats how I discovered existence of ecigarettes :)) so someone told me to use Liquid refiles not cartridges... as far I can remember it was like: use cartridge and then refile this cartridge with liquid refiles and on this website they don;t offer liquid refiles just a cartridges... (suppose to be cheaper use liquid refiles than cartridges and more efficient)

So what should I buy what website ?? what brand ??

Many people like the 510 and I think it's a great choice as well. Cignot is where I bought mine and they were very fast and had just about the best price anywere. If you spend over $50 it's free shipping. The 510 unboxed kit is $35 so just add something extra like some of their liquid. And yes you can use different refills from differnt companies with the 510. It seems that most people are happy with the 510 but still end up trying out different sets eventually. I would say that if your willing to spend the $50 this would be just about the best way to go.

Just my two cents, but I hope this helps.

The 510 is a good choice, so is the 801 in my opinion.

My first e cig was an M401 Dragon from ECIG - TrueSmoker: M401 Dragon and I still use it.

Most people will tell you buying blank carts and filling/refilling them is the best way to go. The truesmoker website has some how to videos that might explain refilling carts.

ECIG - TrueSmoker: M401 Dragon

It's easy to get overwhelmed with information on the forum. I'd suggest reading a little more. There are lots of great vendors who take care of their customers in the suppliers section and lots of people with plenty of experience who are helpful.

I am also interested in buying a new ecig. Cost unimportant, I just want it to work. My penstyle only gives good vapor the first 2-5 hits and then you get that burnt taste.

Most important thing to me would be great vapor production and consistent vapor production. What would you recommend?

Also I was read about the 5v batteries making better vapor. Where can I get one of these? Do they make them for the penstyle type?

Thanks!
Lori

I wish I got to this post quicker. Look at the Janty eGo. It's basically a 510 (same atty and carts) but comes with much longer lasting batteries. Theres a link in the vendors forum for Janty-usa.. Also totally wicked's tornado is the same device. They cost almost double what a regular 510 costs but IMO it's worth it for the MUCH longer battery life.

ok I placed order for 501 from CIGNOT plus couple bottles of liquid... do I need anything else to enjoy my ecigarette like Im enjoying traditional smokes ??

Make sure to blow out your atty and drip a couple drops on it then take a few hits without inhaling. After that make sure to keep your atty wet but not so much that it floods.

The 510 rules as well as cignot. You will have times when you don't get it just right but I love mine and I'm sure that you make as good of a choice as anyone can.

I have a KR808 from Vapor King. I am loving it. Big vapor, easy refill.

The 510 is a fantastic starter set I think, and very affordable so you can see if you like vaping overall. The battery life is pretty poor like everyone reports though, its not a big deal if you have an extra battery or two charging. I generally don't kill one batt before the other is ready. A great ecig to learn on imo.

Though I've started looking for something with a bigger, longer lasting batt that is still pretty portable. I think if someone has a decent amount of money to invest to start off a Janty eGo with some liquid would be a great way to start, and maybe even good enough to avoid the need for constant searches for upgrades and new models, though I have a feeling that's just part of the sickness :D. An eGo and 3 ml dropper of liquid still remains just as portable as a 510 and pcc and you don't have to worry about the batt zonking on you unless your away from a charger for a very long time.

My first was an 801 penstyle followed by a 510 from Cignot. Both were good purchases.

I prefer the larger cart on the 801. I don't like having to add liquid very often. But the manual battery on the 510 is better. (So my next equipment purchase will be a manual passthrough and batt for the 801.)

I made the mistake of ordering my 801 from China. There's always a wait for things to get through customs (mine took 3 weeks.) That's not a problem when you are buying extra stuff but it's a long time when you're buying your first one.

chrisparypa, you didn't say what strength liquid you bought. My other initial mistake was thinking I'd just get "a little" nicotine so I ordered 6mg. That was not strong enough. I'm vaping 24 mg now and am planning to switch to 12-18mg in the evening to help me fall asleep.

ETA: If you spend a lot of time at a computer, once you find out if vaping is for you, you might consider a passthrough. Batteries only have a finite number of charges so you'll save wear and tear plus you won't have to change batteries while you're using it.

While you're waiting for your 510 to arrive, read about priming your atomizer (510s have a lot of priming fluid to drain off) and other stuff like the straw mod (which makes it easier to add juice.)

    Hello Lori,
I love the 801's and the joye 302 atty's, the auto battery creates a little more vapor but runs hotter, the manual runs cooler..All you need to do to get rid of the burnt taste is to add a couple drops of e-liq directly to the atomizer.
Also take slow light draws with a primer puff first..If you do this from the start of a new atomizer( to break it in) you can get tons of vapor and the atty will last longer.
It only takes a few crazy hard draws on a new atty to kill it forever.
Plus and this is only my view..I only use the higher quality juice. The cheap stuff tends to clog atty's.
Good luck and happy vapor cloud..LOL
