They were filling it from the bottom with the drip tip in tact. It made no sense to me and basically all I know if what the guy that can do it looks like.

I know u proli don't want to spend more money, but valley view vapes is having a 20% off sale for a few more days, and ray the owner is a great guy and his tanks are very inexpensive, and easy to fill.

Good luck! My biggest problem has been pulling the carto out too far (when trying to refill). Someone told me to leave the drip tip on when I pull the carto down, it wont slip out...it works!! THEN take the tip off, push carto slightly to one side, fill tank from top of tank, between the tank and carto. Line carto top edge with inside top seal of tank, replace the tip, push carto in place...walla...vape time!!
Mouth full of juice. Used mad vapes directions perfectly. Had the top on. I have never felt so incapable. There is no vape stores that I can find in my vicinity to go for help. I guess I will just wait for the new ones. Can someone pass me a tissue?

I have the slap yo mamma adapter from big daddy vaper. It is a tool to use in filling your tanks. It has been a god send. Watch some videos about it. It makes filling tanks so easy. I use the cheapest tanks you can get and so far no leaks. Many seem to think its in the filling process so this couldn't hurt to try. Hope this helps.

You can un-flood the cart by gently tapping the bottom against a napkin. (you know, the part that screws on to your battery.) Just continue to tap until you no longer see wet spots appearing on the napkin. You do not need to remove the cart from the tank for this to work. I have had very few problems with these and when I do it's almost always a bad cart. On my end the fail rate is like 1-2% Once in a while I find one that's just a swamp and won't un-flood. But if it's operator error and not a defect, the napkin trick fixes it every time.
Til my last attempt I was going thru juice like crazy. I finally smartened up and did it over a bowl. )

Ugh...my tank was drawing very "airy"...and it's leaking on the bottom seal. WTF.
Im tapping and the juice level is going down in the tank. Im going with user error.

That generally means your carto is messed up and is not user error. MY advice (assuming you don't have another carto to use and are waiting for other supplies) is to pour the rest of the tank contents back into your bottle. You should be able to use it like a standard carto and just drip a few drops right into the top of it every 30-40 puffs or so. This of course defeats the whole purpose of using the tank but will keep you vaping if you don't have anything else.

I don't have a 3.5 but a 6ml that is about to get tossed down the street....
Worked flawlessly all day, got home and refilled it up with about 2ml of my fav juice and just watched it disappear.
Flooded without even getting a chance to vape any and that was it....it was gone.....Was like trying to vape a big gulp!?!?

3 broken tanks? (Doubt it) and 1 of them was filled successfully a few times. Right now I'm using clearos on a gripper with 2 adapters. Its doable. Im starting to think I need a bottom feeder. Normally I am much more flexible and tolerant but I need this to be better than a cigarette.
Yes. I know how you feel. Maybe the solution is to just drink the juice. Mine doesn't even heat up. lol
