Just recently bought a eGo t ce5 off a friend, is it meant to taste like a sandy sandal like a normal ciggaratte its moist, but not too moist and hardly tastes of red bull. Whats an atomizer and cartomiser and how do i clean it or can i just buy a new cartomiser? The thing that stores liquid? Ill probably end up braking it when i need to clean it. How much are they? Because mine just screws on and off so that would be easy as? I don't know anything about this. I just know theres a black thing at the bottom, a botton to smoke from and then a see through chamber which holds liquid and then a mouth piece?! Help please, if i can just buy new things where i put the liquid thats better because like i said id just brake it

James the taste is different and it can take a little while for you to taste the flavor. You can buy new clero's fairly cheaply 4-7$ they should last easily a week or more. Mine are going about 10 days~ give or take a little. Cartomizers will last 3-7 days as long as you keep them moist. the liquid is moderatly inexpensive as well. Look in the forum suppliers list at the top of the page to find a place you want to shop at. It sounds like you may have a wicking problem with the CE5. If you need anything else just ask.

You've asked a lot of questions there, some of which need some background info before you'll even understand the answers so do a little reading first. The vapor shouldn't really be dry, but it can by drying, so drink a lot of water. There are cartomizers and clearomizers, the ce5 is a clearomizer, that's the clear thing you put juice in. Inside the clearo, and cartos, is an atomizer; in your clearo it's an atomizer head, you can just replace that part or just buy a whole new clearo. They range in price from a few dollars to upwards of a hundred depending on what you get, but you should be able to get a bit of use out of each one by refilling it with juice. I hope this is at least a good start to your questions.

Welcome to ECF and congratulations on starting on your switch from smoking to vaping.

You shouldn't have to clean to change flavors but for the most part cleaning is fairly easy. I usually just rinse mine out with water and let the air dry for a bit. There are other methods to clean that seem to work better for most. I am limited on what I can do her ein that department. Someone else should come along in a bit with more information on that.

Ah, so if i don't want to clean it just buy another Ce5? Doesn't look that hard to clean now I look at it, just take everything apart?

If you don't want to clean anything, I recommend Kanger T2 (top coil), T3, or eVod (bottom coil) clearomizers and some spare coils. Once the coil gets dirty, install a new one and you've got a brand new unit. Doesn't get any simpler than that.

I highly recommend kanger mt3 or t3. I just toss the coils mine lasted a good while. I love the bottom coil good vape no fuss. I hated top coil I got sick of the tip tilt roll. I guess you could clean them but for 2.30 something a coil I don't need the fuss. I'm glad your jumping right in. Cig a likes held me back for a while I learned a lot but wasted a ton of money on them. Pm me if you need more ideas or help. Cheers to a better life buddy. Mt baker vapor has the kanger mt3 which I use and the t3 the t3 is all plastic and mt3 is mostly metal and tad bit of plastic. Very durable.

Truely they are not that expensive. You can pick up a Kanger t2 (top coil) or a kanger t3 (bottom coil) for under $10.00 usd. If you check out some of these that might help. The vivi nova's are really nice and can be cleaned really easy. Please give me a few and I'll try and get links to this stuff.
Kanger T2 Rebuildable Clearomizer
Kanger Mini T3 Rebuildable Clearomizer - Clear
GotVapes Vision ViVi Nova™ V2.5 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
there are other vendors that sell these products but it might give you an idea.
Good luck and also Welcome to ECF. Just take you time and don't rush into things without research. You can always use the search function on the forum for more information.

Ight so that picture, those things if i do want to clean my ce5 everything in that is the only bits i need to clean? Thanks in advance

CE5 and CE4 clearomizers are similar to Kanger T2 and T3. I prefer the Kangers.

Make sure you buy a model with changeable coils--makes everything easier.
