I modified quite a few of mine but I have no in depth pics, sorry 
The most recent I did was a EHpro TOBH clone. What I did was pop out the center post and I took dremel and sanded 2 slot type openings on the insulator. That way I wouldn't have to drill anywhere on the center post or the 510 pin. It feeds and drains really nice too.
