Hi everyone!I see we've had a lot of problems with people not getting their shipping confirmations.Part of that is likely due to our system, which our IT guy is working on revamping. I will check on the progress with that and get back to you.In the meantime, rather than posting your requests for help in scattered threads, I'm opening this thread for you to post your requests.Please briefly state your problem or question, along with your order number. I will send this thread to Chris our CS Coordinator and ask that he check it daily and respond to all posts.

I'm not overly concerned, I ordered on March 6th (a Sunday I know) received my order confirmation on March 7th but have not received anything since, no shipping or tracking #. I understand the issues with the Chinese new year and it seems Bloogs New Maxx Fusion is taking off like a bullet. LOL I am eager to get my e-cigs. I'm a first time vapor and can't wait to try the flavors. I hope I find one I like so I can stay off analogs for good. My order# is 021993.

Ok so I've got an issue - what's up with the tracking of packages? I got an order confirmation last thursday. However, when I plug the shipping number into the usps web site, it says that the post office got electronic notification that a package will be shipped, but that the package was not yet given to the post office. So it's now 2 business days since I got that order confirmation (plus 2 weekend days) and the USPS site still says the same thing. So, is that a problem with the USPS updating their site or is Bloog prematurely sending order confirmation numbers? Realize the USPS issue is out of your control, but I'd rather be notified when the package is actually in the hands of the USPS vice when Bloog prints out an electronic delivery slip.

I'm a power seller on eBay, and use USPS about 98% of the time.

This happens all the time. If the post office doens't scan it, the website will never show it. Happens ALL THE TIME.

The way the system is set up, you get the info upon printing a lable. Period. there's no scanning when picked up. sorry.

A couple of issues with customer service.
1) I have a co-worker who has been waiting since the first of February to order the MaxxFusion Ultimate Starter Kit. He was getting impatient about waiting so long for it to be back in stock. I explained the CNY and I convinced him that Bloog is the best and worth the wait. Finally he gave up on waiting and ordered items individually so he could start getting off the nasty analogs. When the black batts finally were available he ordered his supply. He waited for the shipping confirmation. It did not arrive. He emailed CS and found out the reason his order was not shipped was the carts were out of stock in the strength that he ordered. He is quite upset that they did not show out of stock when he ordered them. Now he waits...Bloog has his money.. and he waits.
2) I requested a replacement for a defective USB pass-thru. I received an email promptly requesting that I mail back the defective one to them and they would replace it. I mailed it the next day (March 5th) A few days later my Trifecta stopped working. I emailed CS. I received a prompt reply telling me a new one was on the way and to please be patient. I did receive the replacement Trifecta in a matter of days. I was very pleased. I emailed CS and asked them if they would like to me to mail back the defective Trifecta. I also told them that I have not received a replacement for the pass-thru that I mailed back to them. I sent the email four days ago and I still have not received a reply.
Overall I am very pleased with Bloog products and customer service until I came up against these last two incidents. In the past two months I have ordered over $500 worth of product from Bloog. I have enlisted three new customers and have more waiting to order when the site is re-stocked. Thank you for letting me vent.

The current website is based on the United States as of 1926. They don't recognize Alaska and Hawaii as being states. :laugh:
I think that will be fixed in the new and improved version, supposedly coming any day now


I start my checkout and it shows 7.95 for shipping in US, no carrier listed.

I get to step 2 of 4 and the only option available is FedEx 29.75.

I live in Alaska so should have USPS as an option.

Is this something you can fix?

I have already asked for help on this one, lol. Try calling them to place your order, we should have the same USPS shipping options as the rest of the US - Leaford agrees with me on this one :)

There should be USPS options to the rest of the world.
It takes more time, but it has other advantages.
If other suppliers offer the option, so should Bloog.
Even worse for non-US buyers: FEDEX is absolutely the worst service one could choose in order to avoid customs charges. EVERYTHING will go through customs.
