Seems like two sides of the same coin.

I'm just trying to figure out the alure of Power Puffing. Some pleasurable sensation I'm missing out on.

Well, yes and no. The last couple of weeks I've been mostly indulging in a triple coil build at 0.18 ohms on a mech mod and though the power is higher than I normally vape, I'm still averaging about 10 ml a day. The number of drags per day and the length of each drag is a big part of how much juice folks use.

I like the short aggressive drags and the way my juice tastes at this power level. I'm still vaping a dual coiled MX V1 at around 40 watts with a different juice in it through the day too. I'll probably get tired of the power puffing in a bit and go back to mostly 40'ish watts again for a while. Variety is nice :)

Has anyone (other than me) gotten too much vapor. I have had more than a few times where I inhaled such rich thick vapor that I lock up when trying to exhale. I would have to keep trying to inhale small amounts of plain air to thin it down so I could exhale. It only happens when using either the crown or TFV4.

The only time I experienced any discomfort from too much vapor was when I tried cloud chasing with 98% VG a while back. I would never win any cloud competitions ;). I could exhale it just fine though.

These days I'm more into high PG juices. That keeps the vapor down and helps at higher power levels too.

I was a hard core heavy smoker for 40 years averaging 3 PAD and when really stressed out I would be known to burn 5 PAD of marb reds so there is no way I will ever have the lungs to be a cloud chaser. Since I quit over a year ago I see a tremendous improvement in my lungs but too much damage was done for serious cloud chucking. Maybe that has something to do when I occasionally lock up with real thick vapor.

I smoked a PAD for 37 years. Maybe our smoking history is what gets us both.

@roxynoodle, how long did you smoke?

PAD for 35 years. And yes, I agree it takes us out of the running in a cloud contest, lol!

Well, out of a sample of 3 it's unanimous

Yeah, happened the first time to me just yesterday on my new Aromamizer.
It's my first dual coil, open draw "cloud chaser" atty. The problem is, it just tastes way better at 60W then at 40.
Clouds obv. get thicker in the progress.
The damn thing also nic dizzied me with 3mg juice.

Yup, just yesterday. Vapor was too dense. Needed to open the velocity up to let more air mix with the vapors.

I'm liking 12mg 50/50 for this experiment so far.

The quest to understand the allure of Power Puffing continues.
