Pre-Kiss Update please

I broke down and read the english manual. Most of it is idiot-proof.

Then there is this line. I know we've been through this before...but those of you who have already dealt with the Kiss, Do I or Don't I? What is your FINAL answer?

NOTE: The first charge should be kept for 12 to 16 hours after which you should use the electronic cigarette for
about 20 minutes. After this process the battery should be charged again for another 4 to 5 hours.
Pausing the charging process is allowed.

Now GIVE IT TO ME in laymen's terms. Do I charge it for 16 hours or what?

You should only need to charge the battery for 5 hours the first time if it's a lithium ion.
You should only need to charge the battery for 4 hours to fill it up normally. It's recommended to let it charge a 5th hour every 20 days or so, which is called a "Top off" charge.

It is bad for your batteries to be used beyond a certain point. A lot of lithium batteries also have an under-charge cut off point. So they stop working completely after the voltage goes below a certain point. (I think Janty was talking about this too on their kissboxes you will never have a weak battery. It either works well or doesn't work at all)
So you probably don't want to drain them too much...
