Hi Y'all

I just heard back from rkayw. Her (leap year corrected) date is July 8th. She'd like her theme to be the symbol of Thyroid Disease Awareness...Blue Butterflies. Can we add he to the list please?

I already know what I want my theme to be. Blue Butterflies !!

The Blue Butterfly is the symbol for Thyroid Disease Awareness. (and it's the battle I have been fighting since Jan.)

I have a daughter and a daughter-in-law with thyroid disease.

I hope they're doing well Fran, and that they're able to manage it with meds.

Yes they are thank goodness. Little bumps in the road here and there cause the meds are always changing.

i do enjoy the job (both of them really). it's the getting there at 7:30 am on saturdays that i'm not fond of....

(but asking about noon had nothing to do with work- I should be done by about 10:30, and will go play with pottery this afternoon)

i'll be in town until about 2 but will check in once i'm back

i have no idea what whis will decide. my mind is made up. i do understand personality clashes, that's nothing new in the rw or in a forum and usually there are ways to work around this.
i thought we had it all sorted out the last time. pvt is whiskey's thread and to have somebody pounce on it the moment whis is temporarily unavailable is backstabbing at its finest. i want no part of a thread where such a member participates.
