Can we just make it that if you have a 2012 welcome thread in the new vet welcome forum then you are eligible? please? i don't care how it got there

then we can focus on how to do the list so that it isn't the sole responsibility of just a couple of people. People get tired, or are unavailable, it's got to be sustainable for another 6 months.

my vote is solidly in favor of the least restrictive option. specifically that any welcome thread that was posted in the new vets forum, by anyone, for anyone who turned vet in 2012 is eligible for the contest. To me that means that PVT becomes about fun and celebrating and only the people who want to play come by. However, given that there are valid arguments for other options, I'll go with whatever the majority decides.

we better put our thinking caps on - and let's not forget the prevet who hangs out with us deserves a bonus. our most excitement comes from watching the vet title appear! but now we have options.
