They've treated me well. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to file patents or register their trademarks. I'm no expert in the field and it's why I leave it to them.
I personally have not a dog in the fight. Those who can do something, will simply just do it. Not make threats, especially with pending statuses.
You don't understand how patents and trademarks work do you? It is the law that David has to provide the patent number on any device he sells if he is claiming it has a patent, otherwise he is in violation. All patents that are approved have a 7 digit serial number. Without it, he has a pending status and there will be an 11 digit number, therefore it is not held under the same law as a patent. Also it is not pursuant under any patent protection laws. Patents are only good from the day they are issued, they are not retroactive. If he doesn't have a 7 digit number, he doesn't have a patent.
Trademarks have to be the exact marking. The only trademark registrant number he has provided is in regards to a name that is irrelevant to the issue at hand. Asking for something relevant is not mundane, it is actually seeking who is telling the truth here. If he is claiming trademark infringement, then he must provide that approved trademark serial number. Common law trademarks, ones that are not registered do not have the same benefits of ones that are. Under the stanton law, I believe is the name, someone with a common use trademark that has not been registered is not able to file suit or claim damages for trademark infringement.
Though you have a point, instead of anyone harassing anyone, maybe we all can utilize the internet for some other beneficial needs. Google the laws, and rights of those who have pending statuses. Actually, it is David who could be sued, if he tries to harass anyone about a clone, when he has a patent pending, not a registered patent, or registered trademark. If he offers a platform and knows that others are harassing an individual, he can also be held liable. This forum has proof of that. He is instigating the harassment. This forum is suppose to be about the ELA. Instead it is 3/4 about a person that isn't even be on this forum and can't defend themselves. Sounds like harassment to me, and since it is clear David knows about it, that holds him liable.
Also I am sure if say someone on this forum was harassing CC by trolling her spread sheets. Well google keeps a record of every single ip address. Even though she may delete a certain line on the spread sheet, all that information is still retained on google's site. Therefore if push came to shove, I am sure that extracting all that info, along with the ips would be very easy to do.
Same with making false reports about peoples facebook accounts.

I don't give a crap whether anybody is able to defend themselves or whether David or ECF "provides a platform". There is a reason I only hang out in a couple places vaping related, and that's to avoid some of the morally corrupt scumbags I've found elsewhere.

Just pointing out your contradictory statements. You say it is mundane to ask for David to abide by the law, but expect others to. Just pointing it out, that is all.
Actually, she is the only one in this topic, that hasn't broke any laws, just saying. Well of course I haven't either, but as stated earlier, I have not a dog in this fight.

Screw the laws and other piddly things like that. That anybody would even contemplate ripping people off (profit, spite, doesn't matter) as being a good thing to do tells me all I need to know. Just my opinion.
Snork, you are upset. Look at the bigger picture, David is sold out of the ELA, so it isn't like it hurts him. You all complain about flippers, well this will put a stop to that also. Could you imagine what the world would be like without laws? Laws are in order to keep chaos at bay, to say why would we need them, or to forget about them, is ridiculous. You were for the laws, till you found out, that actually they could be used against David at this point in the game more than help him. Relax and think, how does this effect you?
There are such bigger issues at hand, like the FDA right now. Soon, all atomizers and mods, and what not will be done away with. David will not be able to sell anything online. Soon his devices will not be able to be purchased at all. Instead of worrying about things you can not change, cause believe me, regardless if it is CC bringing in the clones or it is someone else it is going to happen. You realize very shortly all of David's products are going to be banned?? All, not just some, but ALL!! If you are David's friend, instead of encouraging him to spend money, and waste time chasing something that he will only lose at, maybe encourage him to seek ways to get his devices approved with the FDA.
The end of the world is not a clone, the end of the vaping community is that the FDA has taking their regulations way to far. That is what we all need to be focusing on.

In all due respect, I appreciate your "concerns" about Super T Manufacturing Inc, but you are not a Patent Attorney and we will always follow the guidance of our Patent Attorney with 20+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Law, before the opinions of online posters.
Super-T Manufacturing Inc will always actively pursue protection of it's Trademarks, Registered Trademarks and Patents. Rest assured our Patent claims on the Precise and Vapemate were approved by the USPTO office as we received a letter directly from the USPTO informing us of this over a month ago, so please be patient for them to get it up on their site under the approved section. The Precise's Patent approved button design is also used in the Precise ELA. Second, our legal Trademarks will soon move from "TM" to "®" as this Registration of Trademarks only takes weeks, not years like a Patent does.
Lastly, it appears you are trying to make it as though we are harassing or condoning harassing a particular individual. Super-T Manufacturing has not made any mention of this individual nor have we contacted this individual in regards to them attempting to sell copied Super-T Products. Other individuals on this forum have brought her up as they feel she is doing a great dis-service to this community and a US based business and that is their legal right to do so.
I consider this matter closed at this time and we can now get back to the Super-T Precise ELA!

Same message to you, as I said to snork, just a little more directly. What are you doing to ensure that people will still be able to obtain your products after the FDA bans them? Hopefully, your patents, and trademarks aren't in vain. Good luck to you David, I hope that you begin to focus on something that may actually benefit your future in the vaping community.
Patents nor trademarks will be of no use, if your products aren't even approved by the FDA. 
I only have one of my ELA's with me at work in Texas right now and no good camera just the iPhone so it's no comparison to your pictures
