I think everybody misunderstood me. The wait and delays aren't what made me mad. I am more than happy to wait for a great mod! I wouldn't want a refund if someone paid me to take a refund...well.. Maybe i would if it would be enough to buy more after they weren't looking... Lol

What frustrated me is that i did feel like any minute there was going to be good news about the production cause every update in my mind has been promising... But now i realize that things are way farther off then it seemed. All that frustration could have been avoided if they had just said 2-3 more weeks in the first place.

It also didn't help that i realized all this after i had just woke up before my morning vape... Lol so sorry for that long and irate post.

Can't wait for the ELA! Did we ever figure out what that stands for? Lol I've read almost ever post in this thing and haven't found it...

Hello everybody!! new to the forum! Well I just want to start off that, after seeing pics of the mod itself I was sold..Even reading how everyone supports super t and swear by there products, just got me hooked. Ive been looking for a telescope mod and Im happy to stumble upon this forum. Now the only thing holding me back is cash flow, but ill be ordering this product in 2 weeks.
David, I just want to say that you are making a beautiful mod, and Ive never been so excited to get something in so long. I really do love how you are taking your time to perfect your product, which was another plus for me. I am excited to order the product asap! Im going to be following this thread closely, just to see its progress.
Well so long folks, hope you all have a great night!

Alvin,

I feel the same way. Although (through lack of money) I cannot fulfill a pre-order, I stay in this forum to support David's Good Work until I can get my hands on some of his designs. I'm grateful to have done enough research to have run into Super T (David) before I invested any money beyond my single eGo-C Twist w/ Vision Eternity (and knockoff eGo with the cheapest carto tank I could find). Super T will be my first (probably last) foray into APVs in general.

Cheers,
Abe

Welcome to the ECF and the Super T family. :D This will be my first Super T mod as well. However I did buy a drip tip from them years ago.. back when they had like.. 4 to choose from and the Precise was just a twinkle in David's eye. Best drip tip I ever had... although I seem to have lost it over the years... i'm sure its buried in my room somewhere.. I retired it after I dropped it on concrete attached to a PS v3 and chipped the lip.

Sorry again for all the ruckus I caused earlier... To show how sorry I am I ordered a second ELA in satin! (made sure to request satin rings)

Can't show you are truly sorry without buying more stuff right? At least that's the excuse I'm going with... lmao

Just ordered. After hearing so many great things about the Precise, I went ahead and submitted my order for the ELA just now. Looks like I got my order in at the right time - sorry to those who've had to wait, but I think there's virtue in doing something correct. Nothing good comes with rushing.

I'm just recently married. I need a mod that won't get scratched up by my wedding ring. There's my priorities in a nutshell. ;)

Zeybrin,
I think all of us feel your pain with the wait. Unfortunately this has just been a "perfect storm" of small delays - a couple of days here and there due to getting the new machine delivered and wired in, getting cnc programming right (I'm sure it's much more complex than a simple X-Y-Z CNC mill or simple lathe), and some unexpected delays on the Shockwave... Overall, I don't think David could have estimated the shipping time any better in advance.
I think the community would forgive your rant, knowing you weren't just trolling the thread :)
Personally, I'm very impatient when it comes to getting a new toy, but given that I had wanted a P+ but couldn't decide on a size, and that I have other nice stuff to vape on whilst I wait, I had no problem preordering on day 1.

I also kinda like this thread, I've gotten to know a few folks on here and it's a good place to hang out :)

I know what you mean. My first marriage I had a gold ring that always got banged up from tools, etc. When I got remarried I got a titanium ring that's just the opposite - it scratches everything else.

Haven’t been at this new “hobby” for too long, but I’ve recently begun looking for a solid tube mod, and I think this might be it. I kept hoping to run across one of the, shall we say, “foreign,” high-end mods in the classies, but every time one comes up it’s either snatched up near instantaneously or I just can’t bring myself to pay that much for a “collector’s” item. I work at a fabrication facility and the ELA seems along the lines of the APV that I’d design if I made one here.

I have a question though: I thought on the previous incarnation of the website I saw reference to this device having some future compatibility/upgrades along the lines of integrated rebuildable atomizers and other attachments (I guess basically allowing you to turn this into a hybrid?), but I see nothing about this on the new website. Is this still the direction this device plans to go?

I wanted to add, too, that I feel your pain with the new machine- we just replaced one of our manual lathes with a Haas TL-3. It doesn’t have the bar feeder, or the milling capabilities of your beast there, but it still took us a month and a half to get it fully operational. Thank goodness it’s only one of 3 CNC lathes (still have 5 manuals too, one of which is a monster of a turret lathe) so it didn’t make us suffer too much.

Jkmtwo did you ever recive your Jhoax?
As a victim of a good Jboxing, lol, I can say this, I'm not in the least worried about getting my ELA, one word, COMMUNICATION.

Hell, Jason could have taken this long to get all the mods out if he had just given us the least bit of communication.

Stratified, I believe the new website is still a work in progress. I doubt that David would scratch the strata and the dna module. He would have to many of us hounding him. Starting with me for the strata! :D

I was thinking that might have something to do with it. To me, interchangeable heads like that would make this the end-all, be-all of mods.

So the hybrid-esque attachment is called the Strata? Would the "dna module" have something to do with making this VV/VW? Wow. Just wow . . .

Yeah the DNA module would be a head integrating the DNA20 module by Evolv (makers of the kick). Spec sheet here: http://evolvapor.com/wp-content/uploads/dna20.pdf

I'm just now discovering Super-T when I saw the ELA referenced on the APV threads and trying to catch up with all the stuff here. I saw a couple posts like ^ about a DNA-20 module?!?! OMFG, I'm I understanding this right? Also catching some mentions of a hybrid like RBA topper as well…speechless, or am I miss understanding here? Can someone describe the design concept? The ELA is going to be a Rock Star if it’s anything like I’m imaging.
