My turbine is right at home on the ELA. It's great match, and when setup with dual wicks/coils it's brain blaster for sure. :thumbup:
Yes the finish matches great.. Im running dual ss wire rope topped with mesh, 28gauge 4/5 wraps... Hows ur dual setup?
I'm running dual ceramics 32g 4/5 wraps. I usually use 3/4 wraps when using 32g and ceramics, but the voltage drop is so low with the ELA, I had to add a wrap to each side to cool it down some. I love my current setup. Great flavor, huge vapor, and pretty much instantly. No need for the typical extra long genny draw.
Just curious. What is the "thread size" inherent to the ELA?

Plus the ELA and Paps bottom switches connect to the tube differently..

I think he had a non-locking brass Precise button if I recall. Why, a mystery.
Remember David said he had problems with a few that the Rhodium plaiters did not finish them so he sent out a few with the reg older buttons till he could send out the proper ones. He decided to do that so the orders would not be held up. I think Todd even stated that on the video.
In case anyone is experiencing issues with "voltage-drop" like I was, a quick fix is to unscrew the bottom screw (the rhodium plated one) a bit so that it makes better contact with the battery. I was struggling with voltage drop issues and this fix DRAMATICALLY improved the situation.
It also serves to adjust the throw, to boot!!!

If that's your ultimate solution consider putting a washer under it so that you can screw it down tight. At least on P+s it has been shown that loose screws can produce misfiring.
Pmar, I agree with Snork. Funny thing is that even if you place a washer under your contact, your throw is gonna be so light that it will be close to being dangerous. Here's something else you could try: make sure that the button seating is fairly tight on your ELA. The button seating is part of the overall body for the current flow. You absolutely wanna make sure that not only your bottom contact, but also your button seating and your top cap are fairly to pretty tight. Otherwise, you will have voltage drops, and possibly misfires.
By all means, don't take my post as offensive, I'm merely trying to help. The internet with its lack of tone and body language has a way of displaying everyone as a "know it all."

Had some issues with a large drop too, but I disassembled and re assembled it, and it works great now. Thanks for taking the time to type that Nic it has been bookmarked : )
