Precise ELA Telescoping Mod by Super-T!

Yep, I'd buy a couple of locking rings right away if they were available.

Me two, me two. Seems like that would be one of those parts needed, along with a couple other things.

So I went out and got some 400 grit sandpaper like David suggested. Wrapped it around a sharpie and turned it around inside the button housing and buffed out the aluminum locking ring. Both pieces got a little scuffed, nothing too noticeable though. The mod seems to be hitting better now which is great, but I wish David would put up some replacement locking rings since I cant use my ELA for 10 minutes without the tube sliding upwards due to a weak locking ring. Not sure how/when it got warped, .

They warp pretty easy, especially when taking if off to clean. I really would like an official "how to" on a detailed breakdown of the ELA.

My shiny ELA is the most perfect of all my Super-Ts. I don't know how anything can be perfecter than perfect but it is. It is absolutely flawless.

I'm not doubting the perfectness of my ELA, but I think it will be even perfecter with the Strata!

Hopefully in the next year they will bring out another round of ELAs.

I kept telling people about them, and many were making the rounds posting the "countdown" of how many were left, BUT nobody cared till they were gone.

Keep checking the site, you never know when one might get cancelled. It will show like they are sold out, but if one gets in your shopping cart, then its yours

I ordered one back in June. Went ahead and ordered a Strata as well the other day. Just playing the waiting game, and the ELA has been the longest I have waited for a device by far.

Good news, David sent me an email telling me that my ELA should be ready to ship back home tomorrow!!!!!!!! Crossing fingers ELA is back in my hands by Saturday.

One thing is waiting for it to finally get to you while waiting for your order. Another thing is having used it since June and being with out it for 2 weeks.

Well, as soon as the Satin gets to me I can see how they compare. I have a feeling its going to be hard to say which one is better. If I had to chose?
