No scratches ... i have 5 ... hmm.. isn't the Crystal the clear one? Like blue glass or poly Genesis?

I didn't get that because I wasn't in the mood for Genesis attys... I ordered the Hydra2 because it was AoE and available for list sign up at the time; my first one.
Gad I am so glad; its my favorite Geni now.
Smallish; 18 or 19 mm, light as a feather; glass tank with protector w/windows.
Titanium at that level is so thin, it almost looked and felt cheap like tin LOL.... but wow.
I put a PC2000 with a hot wrap (first time) and after a day of breaking in (28g 3/4 wrap about .7+ Ohms) it is the best Genesis vaping.
You hear that t/h vapor is a product of the coil/wick setup... i know, but for some reason this baby tops everything Genesis I've tried up to now.
(and that's with constantly working my-up-to-now best; the DID)]
Let me know how you like it.
ahh k. The crystal is the 22mm version of the Hydra2 without the cover for the tank. I have a few genesis atomizers but rarely make a setup on any of them that i truly like. Still working on them though. Keep heading back to silica because of this though. Thanks for the reply and i will let you know how i go as it should be on the doorstep soon.

Well I'm pretty bummed! I was using me ELA with a cheapie v5 dripper while I save up for a more suitable topper and when I took it off today I noticed it left a nice circular scratch on the top cap beauty ring and some sort of stain on the raised center of the top cap. It really sucks cause if you knew how much I've been babying this thing compared to, oh, every other mod I've ever owned! Chinese QC strikes again! Now more than ever I'm waiting for a true Super-T topper so I can ditch the top cap all together. Once I get my new atty it'll stay put till then, though. And with anything bigger than 19mm you don't even see the marks, just sucks cause I know they're there. I'd take a pic, but it might not even show up. It's really more my neuroses than anything else, just wish I could keep something blem-free for longer than a few weeks! (Honestly it's kind of amazing it took me that long!)

Well, after the madness dies down you can always send your ELA back for refinishing. I bet David could get the scratch out.

Yeah right, no way! It'll be a long time b4 i part with this thing, even if it's back to it's maker for a touch up. Heck, right now it's sitting in it's felt bag all snug in the vape kit till it's new topper arrives, which will be a couple weeks presumably before i can even order it, then a couple more for shipping from across the pond, but at least it's home!

Been a while since I have been in Super T land. I have been buried in REOville and happy there. I have been playing around with some cheap clone mechs and rdas and having fun with them as a change of pace thing. Got an itch for a nice mech tho and after perusing all of the Pinoy stuff and not really finding what I am looking for, I thought to check and see what David is up to. Yeah, I know, I should have came here first but I didn't and now regret it as I missed the ELA order by a week.

I have regretted not getting in on the shockwave when I had the chance and now missed the ELA too. Blehhh, oh woe is me LoL.

Lovely mod David and thanks for posting the pictures throughout this thread everyone. I can not imagine anyone letting go of one of these babies but I would definitely pony up right quick and in a hurry for one especially the polished with brass accents version like this one, hope the OP does not mind the repost of his photo in mini form. I left the toes out for modesties sake.

Ratman, I love my reos, but I tell ya I haven't really touched a reo since I got my kayfun to go on any of my p+ mods, including my ELA. You not only missed the last call for the ELA but David just did another clearance sale on the p+ mods also. Stick around, grab a seat, David said there will probably be cancellations and as they are cancelled, they will go back up for sale. :) Good luck!

I could be wrong, but I didn't interpret that as the end of the P+, just the last of the "in stock, ready to ship" P+.

Maybe my wording was wrong. Not the last call for the p+, well at least not for the p+18 series.

He just had the p+ on sale. Discounted price, but they were not blems. Though the p+16 and p+10 those will not be re-made.

mmm so does that mean we are behind by a week from our previous estimates? As generally each batch was sent out weekly. This time it has been a fortnight, correct me if i am wrong.

Yes I believe this last group has taken an extra week... I guess David has been busy with other things.

I'm the same way, the 1st little ding I get on anything and I get all worked up. I'm sure you could polish out the scratch, and probably take care of the stain at the same time. Don't let it get to you, sooner or later the scratches and dings will come, it's impossible to avoid if you use it as intended.

Took me all of a day to get my first scratch, just a light one lengthwise on the upper accent ring. Buffed almost completely out with only a quick job, but at least I got the first ding out of the way early ;-)

lol, nope I don't mind at all :) If you happen to be up in my neck of the woods I'll let you check it out (I'll even wear shoes)
