Im glad youre hanging in there, I hope you are not wearing yourself out. I hope your family is not making things more complicated. Im always thinking of you , and hope your friends are helping you get thru it all.

Well, only thing I can think of is that they like most good companies are not using any flavourings with dicetyl or grain alcohol which are said to not be good to inhale. Also there are some oil based flavouring such as lemon or orange and some mints that are also not supposed to be inhaled.

When I get my citrus flavourings I make sure they are water based, not oil. Plus there are many natural flavours that should not be inhaled. Thats why at the site THe flavor apprentice , they have their sister site called the Perfumers apprentice that has a whole slew of other extracts that are meant as aroma notes not as flavours for ejuice.

They have a disclaimer that says Only use the flavor apprentice extracts for ejuice.

Well, I got my Fatty atty to work ...

It does look good, you are a pretty sharp with this stuff, I'm always impressed with your tenacity to resolve problems and get things back to operational. Glad you like it as a dripper too!

Tired, but I'm hanging in there. There is so much to do when someone passes. So tired of being the 'only' person left to pick up the pieces. Oh well. It's all good ...

Has to be very draining, both physically and mentally. You're strong and will get through it. You can PM several here if you just need to talk and don't want to burden family with it.

No shipping yet. I will let everyone know when I do get something. :)

Pretty sure you are real close to getting that notice, I followed up on my earlier request - I know a little good news would go a long way right now.

What do think about their 'inhalable' claim?

Just sounds like a marketing ploy, playing off all the drama surrounding upcoming FDA regulation. Without knowing who certified and how there's no substance to back up those buzzwords and they remain nothing more than buzzwords which apply equally well to any established manufacturer's juice :2c: If they have legit documentation to back up this "certification", good for them, otherwise it's all just marketing hype (and if they can't back it up it's shady business practice to claim it IMHO)

Ive always been of the thought that one must always try to be self sufficient. Many things are simple if you just take a breath, step back look at the situation.

But never take on something better left to a pro, because in the words of the great "Dirty Harry" " A mans gotta know his limitations."

lol, yes a "mans gotta know his limitations!" I'm the same way but through trial and error over the years I have learned something about myself that I need to continually watch. On any given problem, I usually have a solution in mind within a few minutes to a few hours depending on complexity. What I need to do is NOT take action then, but stew on it for a day. Although my "fix" may work, after about 24 hours a different fix has manifested itself that is MUCH MORE eloquent than the 1st - and usually much better as well.

I see the list for 'The Rose' is open again till 22:00 today. Anyone have any thoughts on it? Thanks!

I think rojo is on the list and has probably looked into it in detail. I checked it out, for me not enough to preempt the KF Lite which was on my short list with the Foggatti. I only intend to get one more atty - David's, then probably relegate the KF Lite as backup with a 2nd mech. For you "collector types" (and you most definitely qualify), the Rose is highly adjustable to user preferences and will probably look the nuts on an ELA (but what doesn't). I don't think the pic on the Eden site does it justice, looks like a rendering vs. a real photo.

I looked into the rose after that post last night and I'm passing. It just seems a bit to complicated compared to the KFL. Plus I'm so good on attys at the moment and I still have one more I'm on the list for, the Prometey, and a terminator lost in the mail that may someday show up. What I need are mods. I have seven attys and two mods. Three when ELA lands. I don't think that's right.

I also checked it out (had never heard of it before) and while it does look like a nice RBA I'd have to pass on it as well.. I agree it does look over complicated for what it is and IMHO the KFL is a much better option..

Cool. Thanks. That's funny you consider me a 'collector type'. I'm really not. Guns and money maybe, but not vapes. Just searching for the perfect vape, and then backing it up with some spares. Whatever it takes to keep away from the smokes. If I was motivated before, I am more so now. Mom died last Sunday from lung cancer at 76. What is really scary, she quit smoking 20 years ago!

But this would be of concern to me, what appears to be a horizontal seam, maybe weld joint?
I would want to know what that's about.

I think that's just a reflection on the super shiny metal when the photo was taken.. Or at least I hope that's what it is...

If you eat more fruits and vegetables, you'll improve your chances of not getting cancer, as well as a few other things you won't want either.

Wow, that is scary! Ok, not a PV collector per se, just into triple redundancy :)
