I could never justify the cost of Ti versus SS unless weight is a HUGE discriminator. Then there is problem #2 with these PVs, if you are going with a Ti mod, then I think you would want to go with a Ti topper no? ... just sayin'.
I'm not concerned with a Ti topper.. I am currently looking for a small 20mm tank for a Diver to relax inside of..

Tiny and lightweight is my goal and the Ti and a small tank will more than fit that bill..

There are several Ti atties available these days. Doc Dave comes to mind.
I have a beautiful, hand made Ti genesis atty from the UK that is made from pure titanium, not a 6AL4V alloy or the like.

Still, I personally would be hard pressed to spend $400 on this mod.

Now that I've said that I'll probably stalk the ....e out of the website ;)

I'd also be curious to know which Ti alloy David is using for this mod...

At least you have a nice atty for it, I think you should do it. Dissimilar metals in PV housings is like wearing a Pierre Cardin Jacket with Seersucker pants.

It would obviously be very cool to have one, but I am going to save my money because I believe the best is yet to come. Good luck to all!

The voice of reason! To reward myself for my admirable restraint, I just ordered a second Kick 2 and an integrated kiklet for my Simplicity 18500.
