Regarding the 26650 simplicity, are there specs listed some where with the dimensions of the mod?
Then you should only be two weeks away. Both of mine took 3 to 4 weeks because they send the notification when they pull the orders and start to work on yours. I'm waiting on my last one and got the shipping notice about the same time as you.

I'm afraid they are all the same size, we made them a bit undersize to make sure they fit the last 4 years of buttons, production runs have varied a bit, so we made them a bit undersize. You can throw up a picture if you want, just to make sure I'm understanding you correctly, but I assume you are talking about the gap under the slide as the detent ball pushes it up?
Hi Anavidfan, just to let you know, I finished your mods. The problem with poor switch performance rested primarily in the locking band which weren't clamping properly providing a poor circuit for the returning electricity from the atomizer. I replaced them for you. Cleaning wasn't the problem, they were plenty "clean". I did notice the springs had got really hot, don't know if it was the poor connection causing heat build up or a shorting atomizer, but I replaced those too. I did film most of my cleaning, but it'll be awhile before I can edit the video and get it up as it's about 40 minutes of video I need to cut down.
The spring were off in shape and length and noticed that they were crunching and I could see the that sometimes the spring would slip and was probably touching the battery? I tried to fix them by heating them and compressing them, but you saw they were not straight. Did you get a chance to check the extra compression bands? I dont remember how many I sent, maybe 6? I wanted you to see if any of them were still good and if they can be shaped back into shape. I hate to waste them.

Did you say the compression band was off or the actual locking band? Just wanted to clarify that, as I kept replacing the compression bands with new ones. Thanks so much. I too was getting hot buttons and rebuilding the atties a LOT. But when I put the atties on my Simplicity or on other devices , no hot button.

Today I sent my ELA in for a new center post and refinishing.
I still need to test mine. So much to do. So little getting done. Before, I was using the excuse I didn't have backups ELAs Can't use that one anymore.
I don't have anything near as nice as my ELA... I've resorted to using a combination of old Egos and a beat-up Reo Mini as my backup. Sending it in was a *very* hard decision.
New center post, I hope he has spares, one of mine is very worn, (my doing) but the brass is exposed and gets oxidation. I hope it gets changed out too.
