Watts in vaping is a relative term and depends largely on the wire gauge used to wrap the coil. For example... A 2 ohm coil made from 28awg requires a lot more power (watts) to to reach a good vaping temperature than a 2 ohm coil made from 32awg wire.

So... Saying "I like this wattage better than this other wattage" only really applies if you're talking about coils with the same wire gauge.

Indeed. If you haven't tried a nice 28awg LR coil, you're missing out. And should not be speaking of what you don't know anything about.

OK I just might....Of course im going to have to buy some lower nicotine juice...I use 30mg nic and even @ 12 watts I can feel overdosed...

We wouldnt of expected anything less from SuperT:)

I got some 10mg Pluid yesterday, and I'm running it in on a 0.8ohm coil, and it makes my head spin chainvaping it... :)
And all my other juices is at 24mg :)

Who? Me? There was nothing inaccurate in my post that you quoted.
I didn't say anything negative about 28awg wire or the way it vapes. I simply said it requires more power to get it to temperature, compared to thinner wire... And that is a simple fact... Not my opinion.
As far as what I know... I know I've wrapped a lot of coils using wire gauges ranging from 36 to 28 and in the process I've learned a great deal about their various characteristics.

The only thing I do know is that LR coils will drain battery faster due to the higher amp load... Your right I dont anything about a 28awg LR coil...so I cannot speak on the matter..But I can tell you that a nice HR 3.0 ohm coil produces a ton of thick warm vaper when its regulated correctly...it can also make your head spin...and an 18650 battery last me a full day+...

I love purely mechanical mods....but the fact is that a VV or Kicked mod gives the same hit, from the first one to the last one through out the battery charge...a consistant vape is what Im after....

I just built my first .9Ω coil with the new wire and oh... my... God. I'd been vaping ~1.5Ω before but now the flavor on my juice is just crazy... though if I recoil all my RBA's I think I'm going to have to go down to 6mg juice soon, and definitely before the ELA shows up. :)

I have quite a few rba's and a few set up with sub one ohm coils, that i don't run my kicks in,obviously.I do change my rba's thru out the day with 1.7-2.0ohm coiled and i do use my kicks with those. There are times in the day when i just want to use the kick and other times when i am not in the mood to use them and i don't feel i am missing out on anything. The kick is one of those accessories you either love,or hate,i am not one of those that hate it.

You inspired me. Just made a 1.1ohm coil with 28awg wire. It took like 8 wraps! I could barely fit it in my Spheroid, but it's hitting like a champ. I might do it like this from now on. I'm so used to 3-4wrap coils with 32awg... this is much different.

Oh my god... whoever said there was a difference between VV and mechanical mods with low ohm coils might be incorrect. I just put this 1.1ohm puppy on a mechanical mod, and it's hitting MUCH stronger than my evic, which is pumped all the way to 11watts.

Now try going below 1 ohm. :) It might blow your mind if you get the coil and wick right! :)

Probely because the 1.1 ohm coil is producing over 12 watts or much higher with a fresh battery.......just a thought...

Lol... I'd imagine so. Assuming a freshly charged battery... You should be right at 14 watts.

The irony is that I started with mech mod then moved to egos (most did) then to vvolts then vwatts and now back to mech mods!!! I think it's because I've learned more and when you start to build your own atties you then truly appreciate a freshly charged aw batt.

Vaping now on a bulli smoker A2TM with handmade 1ohm coil and loaded 18mg El Toro Virgina Prime ... it's lush :vapor:

The knurling on the pic was put on by a cheap 30 dollar knurling tool on a manual lathe, hence the cheaper quality, the final parts will be cnc knurled and of perfection.

What was I thinking ... I think a deserve a slap and I'll start it off by giving myself one

Every review I've seen on the precises make 2 things clear. They look the business and kick like a mule. This will actually be my first Super-T buy ... never been this excited by a purchase before

Hi Guys,

Are the current pics of the ELA the final design or is there still some changes to make. I know with all Forced projects they evolve over time (and that what makes super t so intriguing). It looks fantastic as it is but if the knurling on the top cap could be designed to look a little slicker? Just a thought but happy that's why I pre-ordered (couldn't wait for CV9 in the uk to start getting them :D)

Excellent. Again... :) Can't wait to see the final product David.

To the original post. Yes, there are some minor changes as expected. I can say that what you see in the prototype doesn't do it justice. I believe you will find the final product stunning in fit, finish and design flow.

I vote for no spoiler pics! I want to be stunned and surprised by the end result in hand. :D

My saturday helper. She's blowing the coolant off the ELA bottom posts after they come out of the parts catcher tray!
