All of my expert Internet research tells me that with only a couple exceptions substances such as Noalox and no-ox-id are non-conductive and only provide a barrier to oxidation. The few which are conductive are expensive.
What say ye?

Right. If you read that and related articles, it basically says that "conductive" is a misnomer.
