Preparing like a smoker

A thread just now got me remembering my life as a smoker. I was never very organized but with cigarettes, it became an art form for me really. I didn't like to buy cartons because even if I froze them the last pack would taste a little off. So I’d buy 2-3 packs at a time. It was the first and many times only thing on my checklist. K cigarette count 8 left in the pack. Extra pack at home unopened. Now saying I don't leave my house all weekend I’d be out by Sunday morning. TO THE STORE!!!! Ha I’d even lose cigarettes on purpose in random spots. So if I ever messed up and was out I could find that one last stall (ewwwww) month old cigarette waiting for me to choke on.
Well now I’m a vapor and for the longest time I have enjoyed not being organized again till just now, when I realized I never really stopped doing these things. I bought 2 extra 510 pass-through. One stays in my office desk and one at home in my computer desk. Each with a few ML's of juice and atty/cart. That's my just incase pile. Then I bought 4 batteries for my Silverbullet and I keep 1 in it and 1 in the pocket. 1 at work and 1 in the car. To top it off I even made a rotation of the work/car batteries so that every 2 weeks if they don't get used I take them home and recharge them.
Ha It just got me laughing when I realized that the only thing I’ve ever been successful at being organized at is being a smoker/vaper.

I'm the same way. I'm incredibly unorganized, but with my cigs I always had a minimum of 4 packs in my freezer and usually had a carton+. Now with my PV I have 20 atties, 6 batts in rotation, 2 PCCs, a chuck on the way, 200+ ml of 150 mg unflavored niquid, 6 bottles of Capellas, 7 bottles of Flavorart, and a pint of both PG and VG. My fridge may be bare, but who needs food when you've got nicotine?

We had two bags of Attys, seventy-five Carts of prefilled, five sheets of high-powered Mods, a saltshaker half-full of 60mg RY4, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored Menthols, Turkish blends, Fruits, candy flavors... Also, a quart of VG, a quart of PG, a case of Flavor extracts, a pint of raw 30mg High flavor RY4, and two dozen Batteries. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get into locked a serious Vapor collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the 30mg High flavor RY4. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an 30mg High flavor RY4 binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.

LOL! If it makes you feel any better about your smoking days. When i was smoking I took one of my cigs and put it into one of those air tight test tubes without the jelly at the bottom. Put the stopper in and used a syringe to pull out as much air as i could to 'preserve' it and kept it in my car. I found it a couple months ago and laughed. Gave it to a buddy as I no longer need my backup smoke. (FYI it had been in that tube for at least 3 years) He popped it open and lit it up. Apparently I did do a decent job at preserving it (or some of those 4000 chemicals did) cause he said it was barely stale at all. Anyway, there ya go... thought you all might get a laugh at that.
