Well I finally got it done! vaping it now, and the temp protection is working well. My only problem is my button sticks. I had it apart and sanded the sides of the button and the button port, it's better, but it still wants to stick when the top cap is all the way on. So I have to pull it up a bit, and it works. I guess I gotta take the top cap apart again, but I've had enough of it for a while :)

My guess is that the Tact or Alps switch is not positioned well with the button, that has been known to make the button stick as well

Ditto, check for off center switch.

Thanks for the info guys, I'll check it out. Here's a couple of photos. The ridge line is visible through the dye on one side.

Well, I always have wonderful things to say about Sculpteo and have ordered many, many prints from them. My last order was 2 peko shells and a gdna 4.2. They were came in early, which has been common with my prints from them and the 2 peko shells were perfect in every way which has become normal. But searching through the box it became apparent that the gdna 4.2 was not placed in my package. Haven't heard back from Sculpteo on this issue yet, they seem pretty slow responding to issues, which is really my only complaint about them. Hopefully they will resolve this quickly and I can get that print in soon. But I guess somebody out there got and extra gdna 4.2 print either end of last week or beginning of this week. I hope they are enjoying my print.
That's a freaking bummer. I hope they send another. Or find yours. I just ordered a Gdna 2 days ago. Gonna put a DNA 40 large screen in er!

That sucks for sure. I am willing to bet they will make it right though.

Any package I receive worth more than a few bucks gets opened on video. I am paranoid about having proof if something should happen to be wrong, or missing entirely.

I make sure the camera gets a clear shot of any labeling, along with a quick view of all sides of the package to show I haven't tampered with it yet. I make sure it stays in frame at all times while opening it as well.
Overkill? Maybe, but I would rather be safe than sorry.

Honestly big lungs that's a good idea! I may start doing that.
