Drunk, or anyone else, can you link me to the post explaining how/what to do to get these?
From what I can remember, don't think there is any one specific post. It was more like answering questions here and there on different threads. But the three mods on the left were all done using a combination of swirl painting and modified swirl painting layers. The faux wood for Gdeal on the mech thread was all done with round sponge brushes and layering the paints. Be more than happy to answer any specific questions. Feel free to PM.
No, Aal already has several Gdeal bottom feeders (he even won a kit.. either shells or parts..something like that). And he is in all the Gdeal threads, where we talk about Nuppin's a lot. So that is why it seems to me he was asking about the paint scheme. No biggie. Next time we will just have to rough him up a bit to be more specific.

Although I prefer white I though too many white mods would be wrong as well. Was just measuring the amount of difficulty. It is now set to unobtainable lol.

Even drawing stick figures, they would be laughed at. I had never done this kind of painting before the Tibs mod.....ever. So anyone can do it!

Oooooooh....oooh...i got some stories there. This one time....nah...I gotta enough demerits against me already.
Anyone have any of the brass press fit inserts or O rings that they'd like to get rid of. That's all I'm missing and I really don't need 50 of em
Sent you a PM, Copernicus. I have the inserts but don't have any extra of the M2 screws. I was going to place another order with McMaster since I also need some tubing. 10ft ought to be enough.
y'all should get together and swap out some things but it's best done through pms

That ..... looks .... stunning ....Had this prototype version of a v3.1 squonker sitting in a box from the summer. Since it finally got the paint job it deserves (Titanium Blue Cerakote by Baps), and I had a DNA40 just staring at me....I thought what the heck. Slightly bigger than the v3.1, but it has a much less complex internal frame and was slightly easier to assemble. Same hardware, except for the battery leaf contact.
