Well the body and top cap seem fine, even the ring has some flex to it, but the internals rails and such are brittle on mine. No flex at all.

This was Sculpteo. The polished plastic Peko print was great, and the body and top cap of this one is good, but the internals are like super brittle.
Whoa...Bad prints. 
The alumide from Sculpteo is not looking as good as the Shapeway prints. I got a set of caps from them in Alumide. I was not happy with what they delivered...
While the surfaces are flat, the layers are not as thin or as tight. I never had this much layering effect from Shapeway, even with their un-polished version.
They state "Our alumide 3D printer, the EOS P395 gives us a layer precision of 150 µm (0.15mm)." With Plastic, they state resolution of 100-150 µm.
Here is an example from Shapeways, different part design, but this is un polished Alumide. Notice the difference of the print resolution at the small screw holes.
I am pulling alumide as an option at Sculpteo. Sorry guys.

Yeah I was thinking of trying a black polished Peko print from Sculpteo. The white polished I got from them was great, but now I'm nervous.
Sorry to mislead u I haven't tested it yet but I heard that the black detail from shapeways is better
No don't get me wrong it is fine. I'm sure it is same quality as white I just wanted the black detail when shapeways started their move that's why I was bummed
You know, you guys are right, just got another Peko Alumide internal from Sculpteo, and I looked more closely at it, doesn't come close to SW's print quality, lots of banding

Black detail is a different material than black polished plastic. Sculpteo only has black plastic, Shapeways has black plastic and black detailed. At least that's how I understand it. I ordered a couple of rings and buttons in black detail from Shapeways, but I'm thinking of ordering a black polished plastic Peko from Sculpteo because it's about $18 cheaper than ordering the same thing from Shapeways and I was impressed with Sculpteo's quality on their polish white plastic Peko they sent me.
Gdeal has not enabled the option to buy the Peko body and top cap in Black detail from Shapeways because it will end up being about double the price, and Shapeways already costs more than Sculpteo. I may ask him to give us the option after I see how the buttons and rings come out. It would definitely be an experiment, and may turn out horrible.

i sure hope you will send those pics to sculpteo and inform them of your decision. tell them you'd love to send all of your business to sculpteo but with that print quality you can't do it

ken, the fastenal washers were deleted and replaced with something else - since i don't build i have no idea with what. all i did was order and i know for a fact nothing came from fastenal

Yep, moresalt has 90% of my needed list. I'm just going to order some battery contacts for both of us and send him an extra bottle and we both should be good to go.

Black Detail material (acrylic-based photopolymer) is different than Black Strong and Flexible (Nylon - PA2200) at Shapeways.
Sculpteo has Black Plastic which is their version of Black Strong and Flexible (same PA2200)
Shapeways doesnt have polished Black Strong and Flexible, but Sculpteo does have a polished Black Plastic.
I have ordered Black Strong and Flexible from Shapeways. It comes slightly rough similar, very similar to the white unpolished. If the print has small defects, its a 50/50 proposition to smooth them out and not hit the white material underneath. The black dye just doesnt go that deep.
I havent yet ordered Polished Black Plastic from Sculpteo, but if it is anything like the other color polished parts I have received from them, I assume they wont need any meaningful sanding or smoothing. So if I do order any Black Plastic parts going forward, they are coming from Sculpteo and they will be the polished version. If the dye process is similar across Sculpteo colors, (based upon what I have seen so far) I would get the polished version for any color. Really just to eliminate the headache of potentially getting that one off part that needs sanding. That and the slightly smoother fitting of parts.
