That's very cool. I'm all for using thicker rod for the 26650. I'll try it with the rod I have, but PM me with part numbers for rod and nuts.

Here's the latest version from Sculpteo... Much better quality than Shapeways... 'Peko v2.1 - All Parts - Both Buttons' | 3D Printing | Sculpteo

What does that have to do with what i posted? Lol. My n post was simply ensuring the oring under 510 screw head was properly compressed.
There maybe a little moisture under the atty when you remove it, but overall, never had it leak out due to not using the oring under the atty. Much greater chance for me comes from accidental over squonking and tipping atty at the same time. Either way, no biggie.
The issue you are referring to with the strong spring is one of the improvements on the version 2 Peko. There is a lockdown lip. But on the version one, using the weaker spring or perhaps a dab of glue are about the two options that come to mind. You can also try just rotating the button first to reduce the tension and throw to see if that is acceptable.
I will type slower for you Bob.........

I'm gunna have to wait until pay day anyhooNah....order them parts!
Unless the shell is one of those fine prints, and polished on top of that, and a color other than white, yeah I'm sure that's against the rules. Parts kit total is well below $20 so unless the shell is some amazing fine print, I'd say it's a rip off.Somebody just posted a peko kit with shell on classys for $130. Isn't it against the rules to profit on coop stuff?
Well that makes more sense.. that still seems steep though. I guess if somebody wants to get the whole mod/ parts in one swift buy then that's cool. But I'm not rich and like to source everything out I need. They arent co-op parts.
My opinion is its wrong either way for someone to profit off your design but if your ok with it no worries. They arent co-op parts.
I just wanted to make sure u were aware of the situation is all. It's not my concern. I just wanted to raise the flag.I didnt say I was ok with it. Flipping kits is surprising.
