If you just slide those parts in and out a few times it should loosen up. If that fails, you can touch it up with some sandpaper but you really don't want it loose and rattly.
I would rely on the friction of sliding them against each other to get them to the correct sizes.
Enjoy the build. It is fast, fun and very satisfying when you are done.

Yes definitely don't even sand it! My first print came very very tight and I worked it back and forth a few times and it was perfect. Trust me it'll get loose within a few days of use. But if you have the body magnets, def install/ glue them in! They help a lot. If I didn't have my magnets installed the inner shell would slide up when I took my atty cap off!

And the build process is killer easy! Read the build doc and go from there! My first Peko I couldn't download the build doc because of my phone but i still was able to put it together just by looking a few inside pics from g deal, and common sense.

I have faith in you .it's not hard and quite rewarding.

what builds are people running on these?
I've gone all the way down to .2 ish and it vaped great! Amazing voltage drop all day. Almost no drop at all. These mods are the freakin best. Dont get me wrong I love my Reos but these printed mods run better! I even sold an LP grand to fund another Peko build! So that says how awesome they are.

So normally I run .7 dual tensioned coils all day everyday and it hits everything I press the button. With higher ohms the voltage drop is barely anything. Not that I worry about V/ drop all the time but it's nice to know these mods perform so well. I have nothing special done to my two Pekos other than the two solder lugs from the 510- to -button are replaced and soldered with 16g copper wire. I did this only because that stupid little nut/ bolt on the lugs never stays tight and I also did it because the button presses smoother. The lugs are solid and the button presses at an angle. With the wire it is straight up and down movement and is so buttery!

Thanks for the info. I'll get after it soon as I can. If it comes out great, I'll order up a couple of the 2.1 prints from Sculpteo.

Honestly, I'll save you time. Its gonna come out more than great and you should probably order a few prints right NOW. Seriously, then when you realize how much you love it and use it, it'll save you time cause you won't have to wait for more prints! And... if it came down to it. Ill take the prints off your hand! How bout that? ;)

And you will be apologizing to your reos for neglecting them. I try to use mine once a week just out of guilt.[emoji1]

Is there much difference between 18650 and 26650 parts? Not sure which i am getting tbh

2 or 3 extra solder lugs. That's all! Honestly I.prefer 18650 for the size. But 26650 would be cool for battery life. Too big for my liking though. I would keep it at home if anything.

I used my Reo as a backup at work today. Only reason I had to use it was because I didn't fill my vapage bottle before work. I was going to pour my liquid out of my reo but those vapage bottles are impossible for pour liquid into. I use a luer lock bottle with luer lock syringe on top to fill and that was at home. So I used the reo for rest of work and quickly got home and switched to my.Peko. my second peko was out of commission this morning cause I had ripped it apart for no other reason than trying out the short button. I quickly realized I liked the tall better cause I can turn it to adjust/ lock. So I tore it apart for nothing!

Hey, so random question. After months of use without painting, i decided to paint my pekos using testors paint.

I think they've turned out really nice, but I've not been able to use them because the smell coming off them is interfering with the flavor. Anyone have any hints to get rid of this stink so they'll be usable again?

Let it cure. Can take weeks to fully cure/dry

It is fast, fun and very satisfying when you are done.

While my time building wasn't fast, it definitely was pretty fun, and very satisfying. I turn heads when near vapers, and most everyone wants to see inside. People want to buy my extra kits but I tell them I can't let them go at cost (worth their weight in gold!), and wouldn't feel right making any extra on it, even sold locally. Cannot wait for a way to order these parts from one place!

ETA: Also, if you have OCD tendencies like me, don't drink and build mods like I did. You will take quite a bit of time to get it done.
