Dang Turk. Those are two very sexy Peko's. I graffiti'ed my white one but now I may end up painting it to match wood! And that carbon fiber looking one? Is that like a heated shrink wrap of some sort? Cause if it's a sticker wrap that looks FLAWLESS.

NICE WORK!

-Mark

Thanks buddy , this is hydro dipping also called water transfering its really cool first i saw i thought it was some kind of witchcraft :)
Gray one is not a finish product actually i was trying to see how carbonfiber wrap will work on that color but didnt like the outcome i will have to paint the shell black and redo the carbon fiber wrap ....

Thanks guys
They are both done by hydro dipping process , woodgrain took lots of afterwork and lots of sanding ,background color is really important ... Basically prime sand prime sand paint and dip :)
To finish i did 3 medium gloss coats then sanded very lightly 1600 grit then 2 light coats of 1311 ....left really nice flat coat

I have more films i wanna try ; camo and brushed aliminum i just gotto find some extra money to order more pekos ...

Well, it's gonna take a lot more than a couple people to start another co op.. the parts themself if you order as one person, is well over $1,000! But in reality you only need one set to build one mod, but you get stuck ordering from multiple dealers and buying a min of 100 pieces of each part/ bolt. Then you get stuck paying mad shipping prices.. so, it kinda sucks on that part, unless your building 100 Peko's!

Hopefully a co op starts soon enough! ...not too sure if one ever will happen again though. But I'll keep my hopes up, cause I, myself, will buy probably 6 parts kits just to have them for the future!

Drunk _ J was working on some alternative parts that would get the cost down to where it's feasible to order the parts without a coop. I'm sure he will post that up once finished.

ETA: Also if you build the peko with the wire mods you get the parts required down to very little. You really only need the battery spring, the solder lugs, the magnets, and the special nut that goes in the button. The rest can be sourced locally such as 6-32 nuts and copper wire. And u can order bottles and tubing from reos mods If need be.

Yeah I was told that a few weeks ago. Pretty pumped. Forgot to mention that fish cakes! So we do have some hope! In the Peko parts Google doc there is a second page at the top called "sheet3" those parts are less quantity and cheaper! But still in the end adds up to a lot. Hopefully they figure out the cheaper way soon!
