YUP! and we were all sleep deprived!!! HAHAHA!!
I seriously slept until 11:30 this morning!!
I should go buy my manx MeepBoop a new toy or a puppy because he was the reason I managed to stay up all night.
He kept pouuncing on me and trying to play when I laid down during the contest.. Which helped me stay awake. (or woke me when I dozed off) A 22lb cat pouncing on you ..wakes one up pretty quickly!
So it CAN happen...am I the only runner up so far that WASN'T posting in the contest thread at the time?
You could be posting on any thread while the contest ran.....just most people were on the contest thread when it ended
..I had so much fun with this 15M run up..I knew I was gonna miss the big 1-5 ..but hey, I gotsta have my beauty sleep
....not sure I know what "spam" is..(relative of BACON??! )..truth..I haven't even gotten thru reading all the posts after midnight ....but it sounded like everyone there had a blast! 
I think we accomplished the purpose of this thread..beyond all expectations 
Well, I was sort of "spamming" at the time, I was answering as many question posts as I had answers to, and posting in one of my "social" threads.
So there is still hope for me......
If you were posting at the time the contest was going on. Like redrebel said it did not have to be on the contest thread.

Yep....but in the meantime, hanging with some great people, cheering them on till full list is announced, and shopping with a few of the prize suppliers to maybe get something I didn't win. Yeah, it was fun as everything.. and I don't begrudge anyone who's already won something. I'm just grumpy because my lack of sleep made me so foggy and I burnt my finger so badly last night while fixing dinner -- I *knew* I wasn't up for anything ambitious, but figured I'd do ok with microwave stuff... but you do not want to be trying to remove the plastic film from a Stouffer's lasagna when you're walking in your sleep. 
Because THIS happens:
It's hard to tell from the pic, but that red area is a blister... full 2nd-degree burn. But I slept for ELEVEN HOURS last night, midnight to 11am... and it feels better today. I have it bandaged now so it won't encounter anything warm or hot...
