You know I couldn't pass up my version of it.

Crack that whip
Give the past a slip
Step on a crack
Break your mammas back

When a Pro build takes to long
You must whip it
Because we've waited much too long
You must whip it
When the Egos goin wrong
You must whip it

Now whip it
till it's done
Make our day
and get your pay
Move ahead
It is protected
it's not too late
To whip it

We want the Buzz Pro to be done
so you can ship it
you will never let us down
if you ship it
We'd like it done today
so you can ship it

I say ship it
it's sounding good
I say whip it
Whip it good

I really do not see myself buying another buzz after my last purchase was a huge let down. Screw in top cap loosened and tube got liquid inside causing switch malfunction. Sent it in for RMA, was the same when i got it back!!.
Why would i consider purchasing a pro when the service on the original was lame enough.

The screw in the top cap isn't supposed to be overly tight. juice inside the tube is an easy owner fix. Just take the batteries out, put your Buzz top cap first in a glass with rubbing alcohol, enough to cover up to the switch and let it soak for a little while. Then let it dry completely.

Sorry you feel you got poor service, it's not the norm. The Pro series will have a protective coating on the PCB to inhibit juice from gunking it up by sloppy drippers :)

Oh, well, more for the rest of us :)

For me, I have an Infinity, look forward to picking up a buzz pro. Infinity had one rma, quick fix, been absolutely rock solid.
I read about all the current vv, got advice from friends I trusted, went Infinity since I wanted the wheel adjustment and didn't care about, or want, miscellaneous bells and whistles - I wanted durable, consistent, vaping, decent run time.

The Infinity has taken more drops onto concrete than I can count, the finish is still beautiful, and I get a full day (6 ml) between battery changes.

Buzz pro is picking up the wheel adjust, and has even longer run time. I'll be able to pif my standard gear, since I'll then have two sets of notcigs equipment.

Why buy? Quality, durable, vv, at an affordable price, with excellent customer service. :)

sacha, Buzz has the best CS in the industry and repairs are usually done same day and returned. Since you're 200 miles away, shipping is very quick. Since mankind has yet to produce anything perfect, CS is what separates businesses. You might want to try again and if you still don't like it, they sell like hotcakes (really fast) on the classifieds.

I am going to try the (soaking method) but not hopeful. It shorted and got so hot it melted plastic off the batteries. yes I am a sloppy dripper but no mention was made from manufacture that the atty connector was not sealed. I had no idea that checking the screw inside is vital. read another post to super glue it stops it from loosening but that was after mine shorted.

Sach, there's a 6 month warranty on the Buzz so if you are still having problems you should contact Mike sales@notcigs.com

Try the alcohol soak and if that doesn't fix it then Mike can. I know it's a real drag to have to send it back again but it'll be worth it to fix. They hold their resale value quite well if you decide to sell it after it's fixed.

I'm a carto girl, but on the rare occasion that I use an atty, I'm sloppy too ;)

Let's keep it nice folks, when someone has a problem, it's fair for them to feel miffed :)

I suppose there has to be one out of the hundreds of satisfied customers that is not satisfied but that's pretty good odds. My suggestion is for you to learn how to drip properly before going to any PV. I just loaned mine to a guy that's never even held a pv in his hand and he is happily dripping with it. You can't blame the product for your shortcomings.
Oh and the one I loaned him I vaped for 15 mo. and it never failed me one time and the screw never loosened. BTW I'm tough on PVs. The buzz has been dropped from a Harley going 60mph and survived. Fell 25 ft. banging into girders on the way and hit so hard it blew out the batteries but survived. Read up on dripping and learn the proper method and you'll have better luck with your equipment.
