well i take your word on it 5card, and all the others that line up here all the time.

I know they must know what's up with 1000 Buzz's floating around out there, and Infinity's, with buck boost variable power vaping... all this time, and being the first to come up with the ultimate vape, and for so long.... and with the Pro Series lining up for release!

and seeing the customer service response right here on the forum.

that's why i'm here... stalking, and chatting and chillin...wtg!

As we all knew you would. Well most of us. I'll say it again, notcig.com has the best customer service in the business. Any business for that matter.

oddly just had my Buzz melt the battery wrappings, make the map tank too hot to touch and the unit now turns on as soon as batteries are put in. I will try to order a new PCB (I have not looked to see if they are available yet). Came here to see when the Buzz Pro will be out, and to see how the PCB replacement works. For the record Not cigs is still the most agreeable source I have dealt with for anything Ecig related

Wow really ?? did you get a bunch of juice in it by chance ? the battery wrapper could have had a hole in it this can cause them to short and over heat.

I'm the sloppiest dripper in the world... I know this and it's okay with me. But today I want to use a carto on my Buzz and he ain't having it. So let me get this straight. I take the top cap off and pour alchohol straight down the tube on all the important parts of Buzz???
Yes
One more question also... When you take the top cap off should the bottom screw be tight or loose... If it's too loose will it cause misfires? TIA
Yes , if it is a 510 top cap when you put it back on loosen the top screw a bit , make sure the bottom screw is tight , install the top cap then re tighten the top screw .

That's the problem then.. the screw was loose. I went ahead and cleaned the visible juice out also. I actually had never looked under there since getting my buzz back from RMA after I bought it. Guess I'll need to do that more often.. I knew I was sloppy.. but wow! Thanks. Hitting great again!!
Cool , try to keep it clean , it will last longer !

After much searching, to no avail, is there a recommended battery for the Buzz Pro ? My used up and worn out UF's I got way back when I got my original Buzz have done good, but I know there must be a better 16340 out there. AW IMR high drain, or AW IRC 123 protected. Or just go the xxxfire protected route.

The ones Mike sells are good batteries and so are the Black with flames Trustfires. The grey or silver (whatever color that is) Trustfires are not very good IMO.
The problem with high drains is they are only 550 MAH and don't last long between charges. The AW IRC 123 protected are only 3 volt batteries and you need the 3.7 volt batteries.

If you are getting that much juice in there you might think about spraying some ignition sealer in there like this stuff ATVs and 4wheelers use to keep moisture and water out of their distributors.

The IRC 123 AW's here are 3.7. AW RCR123a Protected 750 mAh Battery
So I guess the ? Is, is there an advantage with high drain as with a standard 3.7 14500 device with LR Attys vs the VV circuitry with non high drain protected 7.4 volts adjusted back to say 4.5 V.
I've noticed the high drains at less mAh for both 14500 @ 3.7 and stacked 18350's on some of my linear regulated VV mods gave just as good it not longer run rime.
Granted, the grey/silver UF's that Mike sells have served me well. Just looking for maybe somthing better that works with the circuitry.

ICR and IRC are very confusing for some when not paying attention.

I have had good luck with these AW ICR123 protected batteries..
I also use the flame Trustfires and the Silver Ultrafires
Length of time in use depends on the PV voltage I am using. If I keep it below 5v, I get 24+ hours battery use.

Then they make both 3volt and 3.7 volt with the same number. I wish I could get them to last longer but at 550 MAH I didn't think they would last as long. If I was into medical equipment or something that required a high drain I might use them but after all these are just ecigs and don't operate any better on high drains than regular Li-ions other than longevity and the MAH dictates that. Out of all the batteries I've used the 2 I mentioned give the best performance.
I take that back, They fit better in my box mod because of no protection circuit.

Mike says the ones he has are good if you want to save time and sweating over how to save a few cents or which will be best fit for the Pro...
They do all that's required to get the most out of the Buzz Pro, and last a good lonnng time.

Some regulated PV's work better with IMR but apparently this isn't the case here.

These are also one of the 2 5card recommends...

and Buzzkill has 'em on notcigs... so it's a no-brainer for me.... thank God!!!!! user friendly service and top of the line state of the art product.
