(PROBLEM) portable charger doesnt charge???

I have a problem as the title states, I have the PPC kit and all was going well when when I try to charge the battery the red light wont come up any longer. When I charge the charger a red light will pop up, just not when I try to charge the battery. I've only had the kit for a little over a week. What should I do!?!?!

Hi Please send it back we will check it out for you and replace with a new one if its defective. All the best Jason
