Im curious, Once I order 2 bottles from them and was only sent one. They fixed it ASAP with no problems however. What I am curious about is did you use quantity or were each Items seperate lines? Because I used quantity and I wonder if that is why they messed up, just read one line of XXX juice and so they grabbed one. Just curious to know if that is a common problem.
I used quantity=4. They weren't on separate lines, and I originally was sent 4 bottles of the wrong flavor, then 4 packs of cartomizers instead of the liquid I ordered, and this last time was sent one pack of cartomizers. When I emailed them to let them know I got the wrong thing, I used their part number [after the first email] AND described the flavor, nicotine strength, size of the bottle, and quantity, to make sure there were no more mistakes. I'm fully satisfied that I communicated exactly what I wanted, so I'm pretty sure the problem is on their end.

jephlewis-Sorry to hear about V4L, but when it"s all over with you should have a lot of carts and juice in the flavors you like....so you got that going for you! When it comes to tobacco flavors, nobody does it better than Don at Backwood Brews...check him out, you won't regret it.
Well, I got 4 bottles of vanilla, and I'm not too keen on it, lol. But, since I'm out of my virginia liquid, It's all I got at the moment. Well, that and the virginia carts. I'll check out Backwood Brews, though. Thanks for the advice!

I wasn't saying it was your fault at all. I'm just thinking the people there aren't paying attention to the quantity number, but in your case it's that they got they right number just the wrong stuff.

I didn't take it that way. Apologies if I came across that way. :D

Sorta; They got the quantity right the first two times, but this last time I was only sent one pack of cartomizers, and the included receipt said [4], so it appears that as time goes by, what they send me vs. what I ordered keeps mutating further and further away from what I actually ordered, lol.

My first big vape order was with Vapor4Life, and I was reasonably happy with them. However on a subsequent order they got the juice I ordered wrong. I emailed and complained and asked for the correct juice, but never got a response. I then discovered TV and have never been back to V4L. I still have a couple batteries from my first batch from V4L though that still work, and that's been like 6 or 7 months, so that's pretty impressive. They are my backups. But their customer service isn't top notch.

Wow you have patience to calmly post and ask after that :p

1st time I'd be like "ugh, i'll contact them calmly, we all make mistakes"

2nd time I'd be a lot more frustrated and would make sure they knew exactly what they were doing and would make it clear im not happy with there service to get something wrong twice

but the 3rd time... wow I wouldve just got so frustrated + got a refund :p

A friend of mine told me the same thing last night, lol. Part of the reason I'm patient about this is Vapor4Life is losing money, not me. I got four bottles and 25 carts out of their mistakes; surely someone who runs things will want to know why a customer was given so much free product, and thus ultimately fix the issue, right?

you're able to talk to someone at v4l when you call? I've always gotten their voicemail.

they called me back once, and I missed the call, but that's it. I've called them at least 3 times.
I called them last week when Chad sent me an email asking me to call him so he could fix the problem.

He was polite and stuff; verified my order number, asked what was missing, apologized, said he'd take care of it. One thing I will say is they are polite and courteous.

It's odd...I've tried calling a few times myself, and there's no answer on either number. Google says that their hours are 9am-5pm....hm...

I called them probably about a total of at least 7 times now throughout the past week. They did call back once, but *of course* I missed the call.

I'm not sure if it's their fault or the usps's with not getting the package, but the delay in getting it on time plus not being able to reach anyone at v4l is very frustrating.

After having trouble reaching them on the phone, I emailed them instead with my questions and their reply was, "just call us."

This is my first experience purchasing ecig's online.

On original orders, I think I've done 4, product has reached me within 3 business days each time.

Corrections/replacements have absolutely taken longer.

I've reached them the 2 times I needed to call, middle of the day, including adding an item to an order already being processed -- the package was pulled, part added, and I still got the order within 3 days total.

Are you using the number on their business card? (that's what I use)

Update: just checked my email, and someone sent a message saying they will "send it asap!". I responded by asking them to confirm via email what they are sending beforehand, so there won't be any more mistakes.

EDIT: I included V4L's part number of their liquid and also indicated flavor, size, and nicotine strength, explaining I wanted to make sure I was sent the right thing.
