Still no package, but they finally called me.
I talked to a girl named Christy(kristy?)
She said that they would reship it. I said, great, but what would be even nicer is to ship it overnight, since it would be about two weeks since I first ordered by the time I got it.
She countered with, "well, it seems like it's the post office's fault..overnight shipping is 25.00...we could offer it to you for 20.00"
I told her that regardless of who's fault it is, paying the 25.00 shipping to satisfy me is better for them in the long run, with me recommending them to friends and continuing using them for my
ecig needs. And really, it just seems like the good-business thing to do.
She talked to her supervisor and said they would do that.
So, I guess I'll be getting my package either tomorrow or the next day.
It was cool of them to overnight it...that quelled the bad taste I got from not being able to reach them.
