Just wondering here. Since I am fairly new to tubes and tanks so don't have any info on what is out there. Anyone know of another tank system that uses the same size tubes as the CE6?

We certainly can't blame Eric for these cracking tubes. We bought them in good faith and he sold them in good faith. The bad guys in all of this is all on the company that sent him a product with the cheapest tubes they could get their hands on. Shame on them. I have this little quirk...it is next to impossible for me (or my husband) to buy just 1 of anything. I think it is a Libra thing. We just have to have balance. All of that just to say...I bought 2 of them and both cracked right away. I hate that happened but what I hate even worse is the grief it has caused Eric. We all know it wasn't his fault. He was lied too.

If someone knows of a different tank system that uses the same size tubes I would be willing to buy one of them. At least that way when that one quit on me I could recycle the tube be using it on my CE6's.

I was just eyeballing it, but it looks like the Vision Extreme Mini 2.5ml may fit. Maybe Eric can check...

I am quickly running out of these so I am placing another order for these and their top coil version.
Hopefully I get them before I run out..

wow, fast seller..AND a great item, that's awesome.

anyone interested in their 3 and 6ml versions?

Eric,
I have used the 3ml version and it was even better than the smaller one. Would be good to get them without the outer pen clip sleeve, as that makes them more expensive, and isn't really necessary. I know I'm in the minority, but I didn't like the flavor from the smaller CE3...but I did think the 3ml had good flavor.

If you are ordering more CE3s....see if you get spares on the silicone seal....that is the weak point on these things. If you enlarge the syringe hole too much, it breaks the vacuum and they don't work anymore (juice runs out). A new seal fixes it right up.

+ on that suggestion. I am being very careful when filling mine and only using the injector tube/needle that came with them but I am still concerned about just how many times they can be refilled before the seal is broken.

I've refilled several many, many times and the hole is still fine. I think many times the problem with the fill hole not resealing comes about because the tube itself gets widened by drip tips. Without the outside pressure against the plug created by a tight fit in the tube, seems the hole wouldn't reseal as readily. I've changed out the o-rings for the drip tips I use with these so the fit is not so tight. So far, so good.

I also think using a needle in the fill hole to remove the plug for cleaning is a bad method. Better to leave the plug in place, and pull the tube from the base IMO.

That said, I agree, it would be nice to have a few spare plugs around. Particularly for the 3ml.

Thank you for the tips BSD. I was concerned about using the fill hole for removing the plug but couldn't see any other way to do it. LD removed it with ease but I'm not sure how he managed to get a hold of it. Fortunately I have a few inexpensive drip tips that seem to be a bit smaller than normal so insert very easily. That should keep the tube from deforming.

I like the 3 ml version also and I would like some spare seals too. There is another supplier selling extra seals but he sold out of the 3ml ones real quick so they can be purchased seperately.

I use forceps. It is the tool I use the most.

I was sure that was what you were using but how do you get the forceps a hold of that little plug. I tried but maybe out of fear of damaging the seal I wasn't aggressive enough. It looked so easy when you did it.

I grab the top on a slight angle, and lock the forceps down. Then, I just pull. Don't be afraid of pushing in on it, to grab it well. It's not as fragile as it looks.

Thanks LD. One of mine needs cleaning so will try that today. Sure don't want to keep using the fill hole for prying it out and end up messing it up. I am really liking these.

Yea prying it up through the fill hole is not a good idea, thats how I messed a few of mine up, now im just waiting for my replacement seals. Too bad u can only order 3. :(

I saw that stipulation on another site. I understand it but it is still a bummer. Hopefully Eric will get some in soon. Fortunately I haven't ruined any yet so I'm good for now.

I really have been trying to like the CE3, toughed it out for 3 fills on each one to make sure they were broken in good. Something about the connector, the V8 does not like it, it shorts out resetting the bat evey now and then and I never go over 3.3v as the flavor just gets worse as the volts go up. I never get more than 3 good pulls off of it and it will start to either taste burnt or just taste bad on the V8 or on an eGo bat. I have tried 5 different liquids from 100%vg to 80/20 vg/pg to 50/50 to 75/25 pg/vg to pg. It is the same with all of them.

Are you having any trouble with other cartos or is it just the CE3?
