Yes Emonty. First I will make the "all mods AFS" so no need to buy it because it will fit on GGTS too but:

GGTS AFS will be made exactly for GGTS so it would be more beautiful because it will fit exactly on the GGTS. It will be threaded on the cap of the GGTS and not on its connector so it will be more robost, it will have bigger liquid collector and adjustable draw on the GGTS and not on the AFS only.

Hmm...prettier, more capacity, more dependable...I think I will wait for that one (having learned to take your advice on GG products). And good luck with your daughter; I don't think there's anything more anguishing in the world then something being wrong with one of your kids.

I have two little girls myself and can't imagine having one of my darlings suffer from anything. It would be very difficult to see them going through hardship. I wish her all the best and that she knows how important she is to her daddy. Let's all hope for a fast recovery and that your family can put this phase of life behind them.
