Proposed Bill makes it Illegal to sell flavored eliquid or flavors used in eliquid

Oregon Senate Bill 415 makes sales of any flavors used in eliquid except tobacco or menthol a civil offense subject to a $5,000 fine.

I don't know if this covers "the other stuff," which is now legal in Oregon. So, you can sell an ounce of that, but not an ounce of TFA Strawberry.

Those of you who are always championing increased government regulation - this is what you end up with.

Who said anything about eliquid? I use these here TFA flavors to enhance vodka cocktails.

Actually, my wife does. She steals my flavors and puts them in her vodka.

This is absolutely disgusting. Do they think tobacco is some kind of natural eliquid? Vaping is not smoking and eliquid has nothing to do with tobacco.

The kids will be happy though because they absolutely love their Newports. It's everybody else who suffers.

Oregon, or Alaska even.
Are they going to outlaw food flavoring too? (hint)
Ever notice that no matter what Big Brother throws our way
we always find an alternative? What's wrong with these people?
It's not like Oregon has a tobacco industry so we can't blame them
