Heck. I should quit fixin' planes and move to oregon and open a candy flavorings shop.

I'd be the most successful business owner in town and stick it to the man at the same time.

I'd name my shop "Suck on this"

Edit: Should I form a kickstarter campaign? Anyone? Anyone? (crickets chirping)

Dang. So close.

Moving to Oregon, I dream of the Soviet Union or the inner rings of Dante's Inferno.

Actually, "Suck on this" is a great name for a "candy flavoring store" and I would probably donate a tiny amount to a kickstarter campaign.

I don't know if there are any big ones, but there are a lot of mom-and-pop shops in the Portland area. Well, for a while anyway. I imagine a large percentage of their revenue is from the recurring e-liquid sales, and if they're mostly limited to one-time mod and atty sales, that probably won't be enough to carry the business.

Actually, you should be able to get some support from Blu, Mistic, and NJoy.

I didn't see a definition of what exactly constitutes a tobacco flavor, and is it still considered menthol if you add menthol to other flavors? One of my favorite juices when i first started was a watermelon/grape/menthol from MBV.

Aren't most "tobacco" flavors some mix of random flavorings like vanilla, caramel, butter, graham cracker, etc? Maybe Oregon will have an explosion of NET liquids?

"“Characterizing flavor” means a distinguishable taste or aroma other than tobacco or menthol."
"“Flavored inhalant delivery system product” means a component of an inhalant delivery system or a substance in any form [...] that has been manufactured to impart a characterizing flavor."

Put the two together and you get anything with a flavor that isn't tobacco or menthol.

System Error 72, Vaper trying to convince other vapors that it is all about taste and not plutonium. :D

err is it FDA approved? Wondering minds want to know.

crowds gather for miles, they demand to taste plutonium. It's mandatory! Did you not know it is FDA approved? Or did you all want some Plutonium candy?

Yuck. Whatcha got in the drawer?

In my other tanks in today's rotation I have ProVape's Watermelon, Alive In Vapeland's Cherry Blossom Tea, ProVape's Pom Strawberry, and Alice In Vapeland's Twas Brillig...

In the vape bin I also have almost every other Halo, ProVape and Alice In Vapeland's flavors...

Frightening, a criminal, for unlawful possession of caramel flavor. I wonder if possession of 5 ml or less for personal use might be de-criminalized.

I couldn't. Not anymore. I would at least have to add other flavors to the menthol. But then I might be a criminal.

There you go. :D I know you favor regulation but I also know you don't want them to ban flavors. They sell flavored liquor and other stuff in Oregon but it's an emergency to ban flavored eliquid? What an embarrassment.

A ban on flavors isn't what I would consider regulation...Regulation for me would be labeling, safety caps and food industry standards...
