Ive got a tank of Halo's SubZero and Prime 15 in front of me right now...
Halos liquids only last so long before I have to vape something else. When my taste buds are feeling it, the liquids are great. But eventually even Sub Zero gives me vapors tongue.

Not to mention they are all high PG and too expensive. It would cost me $160 to get from Halo, what I can get from ITC for $36.

Frightening, a criminal, for unlawful possession of caramel flavor. I wonder if possession of 5 ml or less for personal use might be de-criminalized.

System error 412...Never do you hear me never will it be decriminalized ... what the hell is the matter with you?

Did you eat the plutonium candy that was FDA approved?

System does not recognize the nature of your question. It is illogical, you should eat and enjoy it till you are 63 and 1/2 years old. It is only then that you should die from eating said fruit... err candy...candy...candy

Dave what are you doing Dave...Candy...Candy...Plutonium candy...System loves plutonium candy....

Don't vape ... Warning don't vape...system only wants plutonium candy till you are 63 and 1/2 years old... all other options are illogical ...

What about the food flavoring you can buy at the supermarket? I just bought 3 McCormick's flavorings Cinnamon Bun, Mocha, and Banana (something, can't remember). They're not where the vanilla extract is, it's where the cake/baking stuff is.

Do they think that vape shops are the only place we can buy flavors? I wish them luck trying to enforce it.

Would now be a good time to point out that the bill specifically targets flavors intended for use in e-liquid? because.... the flavorings we use are intended for food, not inhalation, therefore they do not fall under the scope of this proposed law.

System is trying hard tonight. Sorry you spent a billion dollars and this is the best you can do. But to sit here and have us believe this is about some other flavoring not about vaping is turning my tommy and I feel like reaching for my barf bag.

Now would be a great time for you to hand me the barf bag... would you be so kind?

A ban on flavors isn't what I would consider regulation...Regulation for me would be labeling, safety caps and food industry standards...

But it doesn't look like the states or the FDA will do reasonable regulations.

I think all these state regulations are going to do is hurt their own states business wise. Are they going to x-ray all incoming packages? Washington has a bill that would tax ALL vape related stuff at 95% and if you were busted in your car with a $1.99 drip tip or a Wal-Mart bottle of VG that they thought you were going to sell for vaping purposes, they could confiscate your car and sell it. Other stuff is legal in Washington and Oregon.

I'll also point out, that as far as DIY is concerned, the only thing this bill would cover is nic base, which is unflavored.

PG is sold as a food additive and is FDA approved to treat constipation and can therefore be flavored.
Glycerin is sold as a food additive and is also FDA approved to treat constipation and can therefor be flavored (strawberry suppositories, anyone?)

Sell the nic base as "e-juice", sell the flavors alongside as food flavors, and advise against mixing them while giving the customer a hardy wink.

For those with the knowledge or willingness to mix their own, this won't have too much of an effect. It's the new vapers, or those who don't want to bother with mixing, that won't be able to buy a pre-mixed bottle of watermelon e-liquid, and the vape shops that won't be able to sell theirs or any other line of e-liquid, without which I assume most will be less than profitable.

I am not hear to take anything from anybody. If you feel like you can sneak something by someone who is trying to tax the sheet out of us all with a sneaky something then go ahead brother. But for gods sakes don't stand there and preach as if you found the fountain of youth, open your eyes man.

You could point that out but do you realize that you would be taking a lot of the fun of this thread away?
