Restrains self from posting a meme of Bear Grylls and what he would vape.

You could say they are following the trail blazing San Francisco has been going for lately as far as how ridiculous things can get.

The Gov. of MA. had to consider but ended up vetoing a proposed cig tax on ecigs since it simply didn't work as far as placing them in the same catagory as tobacco products. Once word gets around about a proposed ban on all but two flavors for smoke free alternatives the majority will likely end up taking a second look at how moronic that proves itself to be when they are trying get things smokefree to begin with? The thinking works against itself.

I think we are Starting to Dance with Semantics.

Like I said, I would Want a Clarification on this Wording. Because if something in a Law can be Interpreted by the Oregon DOJ and then Supported by the Courts, it doesn't matter what the Original Intent is.

I gotta go do something before I finish catching up but just wanted to add that one town (city, county, whatever) once passed a law that made it illegal for married people, husband and wife, to have sex with each other. They didn't read the wording very carefully before passing it. The wording on this seems to be wide open to interpretation and they will be the laughing stock of the country if they outlaw people's inhalers.

There is still all kind of laws on the books that make no sense, like you can't beat a goat after 6pm unless the strap is less than 3 inches wide. This whole system needs a reboot, wishful thinking I know but hey dreams.

The sooner this reboot comes the better, but I don't see it anywhere near the horizon. The world is not going to wait for us to get our poop together. It's like Egypt, ever wonder what happened to the pyramid builders? Soon people will wonder how the land of the free became the land of lunatics. A gaze back in time reveals a wondrous civilization. Squabbling over the few cents left in peoples pockets is the present. Enacting taxation that would have been the envy of the British empire. Levying tax of 95 percent, not on some colonized people on the other side of the world but to her own. We should have stayed with the British, we would have paid less tax!

And that was all about taxation without representation, I don't know about you but I don't feel represented at all. I just feel like a number in a system that doesn't give a flying leap what happens to me as long as their housekeepers show up for work on time and their tee time doesn't get interrupted by green maintenance. But I am surely being taxed to all ends.
