What exactly are you afraid of? You don't have to do anything with them unless you want to rebuild. Otherwise you just put your tank together, fill and vape. One in a while you need to clean the coil--a simple soak in PGA or cheap strong vodka is really all it takes.
PGA = Pure Grain Alcohol aka Everclear, available at most liquor stores.
The little o-rings are spares--if case your old ones go bad or get lost. Just keep them in the box.
The little 0-rings go on the base of the removable drip tip, the part your mouth goes on when you vape. Don't lose them.

Thought I'd take my mind off of it while I vape this really awful DIY crap I mixed up until the flavors I ordered arrive in the post......DAYS FROM NOW. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
I loved my cinnamon about a week ago but I need something different and the flavors I bought before that are gross and the ones after that are gross, too, AND I mixed up some stuff yesterday that is triple gross.
I need something for NOW while everything steeps and until my stuff comes in the mail, which will likely have to steep ALSO....with the possible exception of the stuff from Gingers, but that will likely be the last stuff arriving.

The protank is 510 thread and doesn't have a skirt, the evod is ego thread only. The mini protank is ego-only still. The anyvape davide is the same way as the protank, 510 on large ego on small. Protank comes with a ring to put on the ego threads if you have a raised platform.
But evod/protank/davide/viva all use the same replacement heads, so if you have the budget, you can mix and match to see what you like and since they all come with extra heads you won't be out much if you decide not to use one. I took one of the evod-type heads apart last night and they are actually rebuildable as well, they aren't glued anywhere, at least mine weren't.
Oh and to throw another option into the mix there's the new Kanger unitank. It uses the same heads as well.
BTW Katya you do get used to the looser flow if you stick with them. It does seem weird at first though. Not much you can do about the noise... my coworker says they sound like when someone calls the PA system by mistake and leaves the phone off the hook (low static).

If you liked cinnamon you might like clove, they both have eugenol in them (slight numbing feeling). TFA Clove from myfreedomsmokes is a good, strong, DIY flavoring that doesn't need to steep at all really.
BTW if you don't have it already even if you don't want to really DIY it's good to get at least a small bottle of unflavored VG/PG base in your nic level. Sometimes those gross things taste OK if you dilute them a lot. Magic mask/vape wizard is good to have too.
