ProTank thoughts

Looks great, feels great, and so far vapes great. First impression "GREAT". lol

I really like it a lot so far. A little heavy. I made a "pillow" out of a folded up paper towel to lay it on. OCD gets to be to much sometimes. It is brand new I would hate to get a scratch on the pretty thing.

Taste is excellent. I filled it with "Licorice Lique" (tastes like black licorice).

I love the airy draw. I am used to it from MT3s and EVODs. Long slow draws lots of vapor.

No leaks or gurgles so far.

The only problem I have had with it was when I first screwed it on. I screwed it on and lined up the air channels with the "label" lined up the label with the button, tightened the beauty ring up to the device, pushed the button and NOTHING. Loosened the beauty ring tightened the device about 1/16 of a turn and it works. I was hoping everything would line up. OCD lol

I love my protanks, I ordered 3 more to go with the one I got from sunvapers on the first run. I have them all filled and whenever I want to switch flavors I just screw a new one on. Great flavor and vapor and no worries about what juice I use. Super easy to clean also, it is a great no-hassle nicotine delivery system and all I use anymore.

I ordered one from myvaporstore.com for $18. I didn't look around, it was the first site I came across with it in stock. Are they cheaper at any other websites in stock?

I too received my first ProTank, I have VV eGo's which I didn't like this tank on at all, it is too heavy and large for such a small device. I also have a Zmax and Provari, and it works well with both of those. I do admit it has an airy draw, but through my transistion into the vaping world I have discovered I have adapted my draw techniques toward the slow, longer draw which gives me more flavor.

I have only had the ProTank for about an hour and filled it up immediately with a Cinnamon based liquid which I feared putting in any of my plastic clearos, tanks, etc. and am able to finally enjoy it's flavor. I also have a DrunkTank which not only had an airy draw but it whistled too, I ended up plugging one of the three holes in it's base and now it is perfect on the Zmax.

Trying the ProTank was based on my likes of the Kanger T3, which I still use consistently on my eGo type batteries and I was hoping that I would feel the same about the ProTank and so far it hasn't disappointed. All of my comments of course are just my personal opinion and taste preferences.

To help with an airy draw take a very tiny piece of plumbers Teflon tape and roll it into a ball. Using a needle push into one of the holes.

Yes it looks like any larger tank on an eGo, and it is very heavy on it. I tried it on my VV eGo type and just didn't like the feel of it. I think it is all a matter of aesthetics personally. Just like when I first got my Vivi Novas, I purchased both sizes, but never used the larger ones as I didn't like the feel on the eGo type batteries.

That is where I purchased mine too, I haven't seen them at a cheaper price anywhere else online.

Since the beginning I'd been cartos and tanks, for the most part. Just today I received my two ProTanks. Inspected them for defects, loaded one up with MBV Cinnamon Roll (my fav vape so far) and AiV Twas Brillig.

I can absolutely say I'm never going back to tanks and cartos for my regular setup. This is like night and day. Now, the AiV I ordered stock, no additional flavor to it, and it is a little bit muted when compared to the first time I tried it with carto and tank, however it has been sitting for several days, so I can't say for sure that it's entirely due to the ProTank. I will say this, it was so easy to get going; No priming, no waiting as the juice settled, no multiple tests to make sure I had enough in there, none of that. Just assembled, filled, a few pulls and a couple quick zaps to get things started, and now I'm good to go.

Seriously, next time I find someplace that has these, particularly if it's a special, I'm buying a few more just to have on hand. This is hands down the best for me (so far, of course, as I have a big order on its way from High Desert Vapes with quite a few new toys). So much love.
