I will add this (again if I already did it 
sorry for the repeat) This is what I use for my protege or any PV and Kr808 Cartomizer needs:
Battery charger extension adapter for DSE901 Mini e-Cigarette manual pushbutton batteries
its cheaper and all you have to do is dremel a tiny hole in the extension which is easier than trying to drill a hole in the connector itself
and that is basicly what the VC adaptor is really (I know because I bought that first awhile back)
Edit: I found it I got the idea from vapnaway (post #4 and repied about it post #12)but it is still nice to bring it up again especially since VC is out

Plan to offer them as an option on the Prodigy V2 as well? I've heard the GreenCig cartomizers do especially well on 5v and can use the same adapter.
I want one yesterday... One for my Prodigy V1 and my Protege/Pt ... I actually just ordered a few of those battery adaptors for the 901 manuals to drill hole in them and then you post this... lol... my luck..

Glad I could be of service... That is what we are doing here.. helping others with our comments.. When I first saw that VC adaptor it popped into my head ("those battery adaptors for the 901 manuals)... hehe I just ordered a few of them and I learned something from you too. I was going to try drilling a hole but I have a dremmel tool that will do a better and easier job so thank you for YOUR advice!

Lotus, the cap ends at 24 510 attys. Can't combine them with other attys. Sorry! Once you hit 25, the price goes back to $9.99 per atty. Details are on the product page.

While I'm waiting for Cash to get his Protege adapters made I found that Alt Smoke has 510 -> 808 adapters available now. I have a few of their other adapters and they are very handy, and very small. Got one of the 510 - > 901 adapters to try that atomizer and it's now become my favorite at 5v. So I ordered the Prodigy 901 adapter.
I'll be one of the first to order the Protege adapter as well, but this will tide me over for now.
