They are smaller 3 volt batteries used in the Super t.

I'm trying to avoid a standard 3.7 volt battery..

Also to see what options are available for standard 3.7.
I don't like being locked into one battery choice should it not prove satisfactory..

The problem is that we are borrowing parts from the flashlight industry. There just aren't a whole lot of 14500 variations out there. I'd love to see a powerful LiFePO4 3.7 volt 14500 battery.

If we could generate enough demand then they would build what we need.

There is a LifePO4 3.2v 14500 battery at 600mah at flypower-battery.com. I wonder how that will work?

I don't this it will work well at all. The voltage is too low for running the atomizer for very long. I wonder what that battery was made to be used with?

It's been posted several times by Steve and myself that this is STRICTLY a 3.7v device. So no voltage increases here. I don't think there are any other batts that will work besides the 14500- both protected and unprotected.

We have already beat this dog to death in another thread.. Trust me we looked at the 1/2 AA batteries and found some that would fit but would only be 300 mAh... You would have to have batteries special made for this application. And I don't think you want to pay that much... If you want a flexible device look for someone selling their Prodigy V1. You can run it at 3.7 5. and 6v. But the Protege will ONLY work with the 14500 3.7v batteries.
