Sorry but I don't understand (you know my english is terrible :D) ... the Proteus is a VW device or not?

Better said: I understand that Proteus is a temp regulated device, but we still have to regulate watts (3 clicks up or 4 down) to preset our favourite temperature. Isn't it?

Hi,
I think you only choose temp, and VIR automatically adjust volt and intensity....

This is not what Imeo explained on the 3rd video ... every vw mod automatically adjust the volts ... but you have to preset the watts, so I don't understand how can we choose temperature with no watts adjustment ... in this video Imeo show how to preset watts on Proteus, so now I'm confused, maybe I don't understand something

look from min 13.00

And, a couple of days ago, Imeo said that it was not necessary to do another video because we still have the Proteus videos... and I've assumed that nothing is changed ...

steps are temperature steps. Just forget voltage and watts buddy. The only reason that I talked about watts was only to show you how much power VIR can give, nothing else

 the important is that there is still something to adjust

... I don't like to vape everytime the same ... but never more than 15 watts (usually 11,5) so I don't need a lot of power ;)

I will make another video guys but please let me make the final adjustments on VIR :)

Watts don't matter here -- you will never set watts. You'll set the VIR temperature and go off of that.

Wattage only matters now in terms of how much power your preferred coil will need to hit the temperature you hit. It will also matter if you use an atty that is prone to flooding -- flooded coils require more wattage to burn off the extra liquid to maintain the temperature you set.

We will stop thinking about watts within a week of getting a VIR device. It won't matter anymore. Your coiling may be way different too -- Ti is different than kanthal (more surface area for the same resistance), and the coils can't touch so there's even MORE surface area. You may experience a better vape at a much lower wattage now that you can keep your temperature exacting. And no more burned cotton, which means your liquids will last longer and taste better at possibly a lower wattage.

Imeo, I've got some in my shopping cart, ready to checkout. I'm just waiting on you to give your opinion on the black stripe AWs in Proteus.

What would be the major difference in the Amps? Would it cause the batteries to last longer, stronger vape, ....? This question is for anyone with electrical knowledge.

The 15C should be a safer battery when VIR has to kick into high power wattage to blow out a flooded wick/coil.

It will also allow you to maintain a high wattage temperature if that's what you like.

I am assuming my wattage will be LOWER with VIR than HIGHER, except in cases of flooded wicks (very temporary).

Thanks for the info. I might go ahead and pick up a couple of them.

Is it just me or are those the GG wings underneath the AW on the silver sticker? (hover over it to get it to zoom in)

Edit: I take that back. I just looked again and it just vaguely looks like the GG wings, but it is definitely not them.
