I will add my 2 cents--but most all has been said. I started with the mini with plans to order the full size for my second one. The more that I read on this sub forum, the more that I doubted the reasoning for having a full size, because with the mini you can do all sizes if you are willing to invest in the accessories. For my second and beyond I have ordered all mini's, I like the look of the mini better, and I have invested in the extension caps and rings so that I can use them with any size battery or tank for different occasions. Generally, I take one 350 and one extended to 490 when I go out, and depending on how long I will be out, sometimes take extra batteries. At home I mostly use those as well, if I am going to be really busy at my desk--I will use the largest battery.

I really do like to rotate juices during the day, so I do like my options. At first I thought I would be fine to rotate my spinners or egos and get by with a couple of Provari, but I really am spoiled to the vape of the Provari and only use the other batteries for dripping and tasting new juice. To really feel satisfied by vaping --I 'need' my Provari, so I have a few :). It keeps me off the cigs, and anything that will do that is worth the investment.
So I like minis and probably would not ever order full size unless it was just a WOW look that didn't come in mini size.

I haven't ventured into the world of other mods at at this point I don't really have a desire too--but you never know!!

I think Provape should redesign the crop circles... I haven't seen anyone actually say they LIKE that design...

I think it looks slick in the polished. The shininess just seems to make the lines stand out and glow, whereas they tend to blend in with the colors. I'm not sure I'd pull the trigger on one due to the size, but it does look good in my opinion.

Oh. I LIKE the full size. I just don't like the crop circles... so I looked for a 2.0 black 18650 extended with a blue light used, and that's what I bought (because that was the Provari pix that got me interested, and that's what I wanted first). Then I got the mini:).

I definitely used the full size more than the mini... I actually rarely use the mini, I don't trust the battery when I'm running around (for some reason, the batteries I got from ProVape don't last as long as you guys' do). It's just VERY pretty with the teardrops, so I love it:)!

Because I have it already, I don't need to extend the mini. I like the big / little effect to look at. LOL!

I'm just not in love with the crop circles. But StormFinch brings up a good point... it DOES look good in the polished. So when I'm ready to buy another Provari, which I don't need right now, I will most likely buy a full sized polished. Unless they come out with a full sized teardrop polished.. OR a flat top version... OR even better, both flat topped and teardropped 18650:).

I've just got the full-sized at the moment. It's a chrome v2 I got used, so it has the lines, not the circles. I don't really have a preference between the two, but I definitely prefer the teardrop pattern on the mini. I got it in a trade, and LOVE it, but I'll absolutely be getting a mini, for both the versatility and the smaller form factor. Hopefully be busy enough at work this week that I can order one just after Christmas, sooner if I find a screaming deal in the classies.

I have 2 minis that I use with the extention caps with 18490 batteries.

I also prefer the look of the mini teardrop pattern much more. It also lends itself to customization more than the standard size.

I have a black mini that has all the paint polished off the flat surfaces. (see my signature) I think it looks awesome. I dont think the same custom polishing would be as attractive on the standard.

But you really can't go wrong with either choice.

Sounds like I am asking Santa for a mini with extension cap. Let's hope Santa will listen. Does Provape do an after Christmas sale?

I wait too ;) My first came with their last sale ~ and my second shall come with their next. The discount eases off my $35 shipping a bit!

Seriously, nothing else is in the ball park. . .I guess I'll have to wait until my birthday in a couple months to pull the trigger. But really one is just not enough.

I don't vape anymore. But, it took the ProVari to get me too solo vaping. Up till then I was just a messin with what I called "toys". Pre-ordered the ProVari when it first came available. Waited at least a month for it. When it arrived. . .I remember thinking, "what a club". Didn't take me a whole day to acclaimate to the size and weight of the thing. Fiddled around with carto's trying to get something that would work reliably. Then, The tanks arrived on the scene. Now I found Heaven. Bought a used ProVari for backup. Then. . .the Mini came along. Just one of those. . .had two big one's for spares. Feb 6th was the end of my vaping career. After 52 years of smoking, (2.5 PAD), when I started vaping. The ProVari and this forum got me off tobacco and off vaping. Looking back on it now. . .I can hardly believe how easy it was. I really questioned if I could ever really quit smoking. That's my story and I'ma stickin too it. I gave all my stuff to family members that still smoke. Good Luck with your quit(s). JMHO

Cheers,
otrpu

Congrats on your new Provari! When I finally received my first one...the wait felt like forever & it was only a couple of days...I started coming up with how I could quickly get my 2nd. Guess I'm one of the odd ones. I now have 3 standard Provari's. One has the extension, it stays at home. The others don't. I was expecting it to be bigger & was pleasantly surprised that if felt perfect in my hands. I like that one battery lasts me all day or longer. I just pop in a new one regardless before work.

Bottom line is you can't go wrong with a Provari no matter what size you get. Happy vaping!

See, I don't understand the love of the dull and drab lines of the earlier versions. At least the crop circles are sort of interesting.

That said, I don't want a regular sized ProVari in any case. I'm in love with my Minis.

I've got a couple of different extension caps to mix and match and change it all up with beauty rings.

I'm good....lol

Plus, they just look better than the regulars.

I mean, the old version regulars had plain old lines (YAWN) and apparently nobody likes the newer "crop circle" design....lol

I think the crop circles are kinda cool :)

My next will likely be a mini just to have the option of 18350's if I ever wanted a battery that small... But as it is, an 18490 will barely last me through the work day... So, I got a standard since the smallest battery I use is an 18490. And it's only SLIGHTLY larger than a mini with an extension cap...

Plus, I like the crop circles!

the provari will always be near the top i think, but once you leave the bottom shelf chinese mods behind there are others that are comparable to the quality of the provari, and are just as enjoyable. (if you can choke down the prictags)

too many times it is the provari quality vs everything else when in most cases everything else is equated to the quality of the cheap china models. after stepping up from the cheap junk it is easy to think "everything else" cant compare.

with that said over the past 2 years I have had at least 9 different provari's :D many of them refinished, updated to V2 then sold. but my very first one is still here and runs like new with a nice media blasted satin finish. my second one is being brushed out. and no matter what else i get or use they aint going anywhere.
