well dangit anyway,,guessin everybody was selling their provari's so they could buy one of the new colored ones ??

they just went up for sale on the website.

i have always preferred the red led, even red dome lights in my car and most anything with purdy lights :)

i have 2 rechargable flashlights that you plug into the cigarette lighter to charge,,charge light is red so i plug them in just for the purdy red light's lol

but on my bike ?? think i would prefer blue gauge lights,,not too sure there yet.kind of a safety concern of confusing gauge lights with brake lights :O

I'd buy one in a second if I could afford it.

I coulda had a Provari for the cost of the first three starter kits I ordered. I ended up buying mine after the fact. At least I have sufficient backups just in case. ;)

A satin Provari including the batteries and 18650 extension cap = about three cartons of cigarettes in many places, 4 in low priced areas. It sounds like a great deal if you think of it in those terms.

Yeah. My vaping expenses dropped precipitously after investing in my first Provari. Mainly because I stopped buying up everything on the block looking for that better vape. Ironically, I learned from my son (as much as I hate to admit it). He got a BuzzPro as his very first device and totally avoided the buying idiocy I went through. So, he's got ONE point on me in this lifetime. It's sure to be his last too.

i didn't mean to imply the provari had lost its popularity, but wondering why so many were showing up in the classys all at once,
think there were approx 10 for sale at the same .

after i got my first provari back in january,i was very content and stopped the madness buying, till around june..
now i got a few low end mods w\batteries that are going up for sale, you know,i got two more provari's now :)

The reason may be just simply wanting something new or different.

You gotta admit that vaping lends itself more toward being a hobby than simply being an alternative to smoking. Vapers continually buy gear, trade or sell stuff to get new or different stuff. Might be you just happened to stumble upon vapers selling their Provaris. Who knows why?

The flip side to this question concern the unseen people BUYING Provaris.

ProVari debuted its new color line on Wednesday. They also discontinued the chrome, selling them for $40 off. So, those wanting to upgrade most likely were selling off their old ones for the new, replaced them with the chrome, or bought them cheaply and sold them for a small profit. Considering that both of those things happened in the last week, if only 10 showed up in the classifieds I don't think that is too many. I know of at least 10 who bought the chromes and colors this week.

i just got got to ask, whats up with all the provari's being sold in the classys??
probably has been 20 listed and sold over the past two days and more keep popping up for sale
is there something better coming out that only a select fe know about that is better then the provari ??
think there are 5 for sale there right now,and not all of them over priced either !!
i just got a mini for 145 a few days ago too

People buy them because of the hype, and then realise they are not all that, when they recieve them...

You can get way cheaper mods that are every bit as good.

There are a whole bunch of reasons as to why people would sell their ProVari that have nothing to do with whether they love it or not. All you have to do is pick up any classifieds newspaper and see all types of high-end cars for sale. I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with BMW's or expensive cars, but I sure seem to be able to find a used one wherever I look.

I bought a ProVari awhile back, not because of hype, but because of research. I tried a Lavatube and I thought the difference with the ProVari merited the additional price: whether you are talking resale value, compatibility with other accessories, the warranty, or the sheer build quality of the ProVari, I am very pleased with my purchase. I think it is presumptuous of anyone to claim to know why anything is being resold. Lastly, a lot of ProVari's will be resold, because a ton of ProVaris are bought. It's just a numbers game.

provaris do show up every now and then, but never so many all at once

looks like everybody sold off their old provari for one of the new color skinned ones

Ironically, you can send in your Provari with $40, and tell them which color tube you want, and they will replace the tube.

I'm confused. Are you saying that you believe people are selling their Provari's because they didn't live up to their expectations? That's the first I've heard of this. Did you do that too? I winced when paying for mine as times are tough now. I haven't regretted the decision one bit.

You also said that there are way cheaper mods that are every bit as good. I sure would like to get one as a backup or to sell at the brick and mortar store I want to open. Can you tell me what devices are out there that are every bit as good that are way cheaper than the Provari?
