I don't think you "take great care" of your provari. I use mine all day long every day. I use it in my office, in my garage working on my f4i stunt bike, in my workshop and every time I go out. I recently dropped it in the workshop onto a concrete floor and only got 2 small scratches (one at each end) and bent the carto in my jtank. I knock it over all the time when reaching for it and I have got ejuice on it multiple time with no issues. No fading.

I don't baby my black provari standard and it is almost in perfect condition. The provari is designed to be like a tank. It's a reliable and proven PV that you can drop and know it will work exactly like it did when it was new. In the case that something happens to go wrong lrovape will help you fix it. That is why people buy them.

Excuse my spelling. I'm typing on a broken touch screen in a bumpy car.

I do "take great care" of my treasures when I've spent so much money on them. I don't deny the durability or the way it's made. Some are lucky and some aren't and that's what I believe. I've dropped mine just once and now and then it plays about with me. It sometimes switches on by it self although I ain't seen it myself when it does that but every time I wanna switch it on, I see that it's already on (before anyone says anything...I do switch it off ALLWAYS). And also when I wanna have a vape, when pressing the button half way through my 2-3 second pull, it goes into the menu  :(. Not constantly but this happens now and then. And the colour does seem to fade when eliquid makes contact.

I've read somewhere that the colored V2 finishes aren't as durable as the black finish. Any truth to that? Are the blue, pink, and purple painted differently somehow? I'd like to get a blue, but I hear they scratch up easily.

Thanks for that information. Now I know I'm right

well now that I know they have a machine that will engrave the logo maybe they can engrave the logo into my version 2 considering i've only had it what? 3-4 weeks and the logo looks like i've had it for 2 years. this was very disappointing and I wish they had a warning on their site about the imminent logo fade, I would of gotten a cover for it. After contacting them about the logo fade to see if i could pay to have it refinished, I was sent back an e-mail stating that "it will fade but it is still there, it is just going to be the color of your provari" I don't really understand what that means... I'm still interested in a new logo or an engraved logo. Disappointed is all. I paid 260 bucks to look down at that logo & a pristine 260 dollar PV whenever I'd like and that ability just faded away within a matter of weeks... Still my favorite device butttt...

On a side note, I don't know why I hear so many dildo comparisons. I really don't see it. But maybe you all have seen more dildos than I have? I happen to like the new versions. I don't love them, but I like them. I liked the Provari mini before they added the horizontal lines though, but the new lines don't bother me. In my opinion any new design on the standard provari would be a win. I didn't like the vertical lines at all. The new design isn't what I would have released but its aesthetically adequate to me.

Man if the faded logo bothers you that badly why don't you just post it in the classies & buy any 1 of the colors. The satin is famous for its fading logo. Or just spend 15-18.00 & buy a custom wrap for the finish?

I have a satin finish with a barely visible logo. Does it bother me? Not really. I care more about the performance than anything else.

That said....If I or you or most people had a Ferrari or a Rolls or whatever, and the emblem came off, would it affect the performance? Nope. Would you still want it replaced? I would.

There are some folks that like their premium equipment to look complete. Logos are usually part and parcel of any "top of the line" item. Otherwise they wouldn't bother to put them on in the first place.

I understand what your saying there except Ferraris & Rolls are status symbol items lol. Regardless however you want to look at it a Provari is nothing more than a tool, however it is a nice tool, semi pricey it's a tool none the less. Tools are meant to be used. It's a well thought out nic delivery system. My black mini has been carried in my pocket everywhere since about mid July. The finish has worn down quite alot. Almost has the look of a handgun that's been carried in a holster for years with the bluing wearing off. Like I said its a tool.

I do understand the guys a little upset his logos wearing thin, I wonder if that's 1 of the reason they are now stamping the logos? I think the satin is so slick the logos don't last as long on the non painted models..

I'm 21 years old and my Provari is the most expensive thing I own. I didn't want the logo to fade. lol.

I wish you many years to catch up with us old dogs that just sit on the pourch and watch the world go by. But I got to admit Plumes that did bring a smile to my face.

I have 2 pro~v's, mini and standard. love them both but I will not be getting anymore any time soon or untill they change up that hideous design, looks like a dildo lets keep it real....I love the quality and build of the pro-v but that design has to go!!! Buyers don't only care about quality, looks are also important.. most of the pv's and attys I purchased were because they caught my eye and made me intrested to look into it further. Design plays a large part in sales myfriends, you have to advertise the product before you sell it. If it doesn't look good it wont get the attention and interest of the consumer for purchased period!

Hey Bro,

Sorry if I came off harsh.... I remember when I was 21 I never even thought about that. Maybe if you keep pressing the issue with Provape maybe they will do something to make you happy. Ohh to be 21 again.
