Here's an update....
I know everyone is waiting for the "special updates" so...
The two color options that were announced are still in the works. To help clear things up, there are no changes to the device, some people were under the impression that there was a major change in the works, but rather we are just adding to the catalog a chrome and a black ProVari option.
its not gonna answer your question but i heard the IMR batts need some time to break inOK, stupid question.
How come when I use my IKV Carto's on the ProVari, the batteries last less than 2 hours on a fresh charge? When I use my MAP Tank, they last almost all day. Hmmmm...![]()

Are they both rate same in ohms? are you having to take big long draws with IKV Carto's come paired to to the map tank? There could be few reason why it happening or combo of reasons ...atty shorting out?
Update...
For all of you that are waiting,
We will be shipping more units this week![]()
According to the site, the IKV carto's are rated at 2.5 but the Provari tells me one of them is at 2.1 and the other is at 2.6. I'm running a 2.8 MAP Tank.
I'm guessing the 2.1 carto is draining the batteries more because of it's low resistance? It's the one I use the most cause it has my favorite juice in there. Maybe it's just a bad carto.

Which of Isaacs cartos are you using? I use the 808D megas, and the V2 gold drippys, and my batt goes for more than a day. I vape them at 4.2-4.4v. all day long. I go through 5-6ml of juice a day.
All my 808D megas measure 2.9-3.1 ohms, and my V2's all measure 2.4-2.6 ohms.
Sounds lime something is wrong... What kind of charger are you using? As far as 'breaking in' ... I don't know what that means. I specifically purchased a charger that would maximize battery performance -- the Pila IBC. Chargers matter.
