Can somebody post a picture of the provari with an ego-t on it with no adapter please? Can that even work or do you need an adapter? I'm trying to figure out if giantomizers will fit on this mod.... Even a detailed close up of the provari connector would do.

You can't fit an ego-t on with no adapter as the connector is recessed in the skirt, I did once mod an ego B atty to fit on another mod b grinding the skirt off, thats the only way you will get one on a provari with no adapter.

I use a 510-901 and then a 901-510 adapter, do them up tighter than finger tight with a pair of pliers and then ego-t can be screwed on off with no issues, I also use it with a 306 drip tip and find the little extra length is good anyway. Another advantage of doing this, I always know where my 901 adapter is and a quick unscrew means I can play with a 901 atty or carto as well.

Processor reprogramming shouldn't be problem. Processor already knows resistance and voltage. To display watts value the display needs to change to 3 digits as for certain volts/ohms combination the wattage can go over 10 watts and one extra decimal place would bee required as in certain combination the difference between 10 and 11 watts would span 3 different voltage settings.

Changing display would require re-tooling and that's could be a possible showstopper. To keep 2 digit display one possible solution I can think of is to use letter "t" for "ten" rather than displaying numeral "10" - bit messy, but it could work.

You are absolutely correct..... and I am an idiot, lol. I never even thought of that !! Thanks for pointing out what should have been obvious

I guess NOW, I don't have any excuses huh ? And to add to the torture, a buddy dropped by the other night with his he just got in the mail to taunt me grrrrrrrrrrr.

I've had the other "smart" pv too.... but my favorite is the Provari; it not only does it all, has it all, including great customer service and accessibility, but is also more user friendly.

This is one you could recommend to anyone. so easy.

I am waiting for my second unit... just because; why bother with the rest...
