But the device ALSO tells you when batt is gettin low and shuts off automatically when it IS time to change! Safety first!! 
I can tell you that is not it. The provari's led will start to blink when it's time for you to change. So it does have that feature though.
Who'd a thunk it! Well, I guess it was a good way to put the conversation back on track!
Gotta be check battery and a voltage display for the current battery level. At least thats what I'm hoping
